This is a community of Thelemites who are not members of the Caliphate O.T.O. Minervals are welcome, but O.T.O. members above the I° are not. Those who resign or are expelled from the O.T.O. are especially welcome.
The moderators request that members please refrain from "personal attacks, anti-Semitism, and other forms of useless unpleasantness." In light of the latter, please take personal disputes to email or to moderational posts opened for the purpose of resolving a dispute.
For administrative requests, please simply make a new post titled "To the Not So Mysterious Moderators." The moderators will consider your request and respond.
Community history:
Since 29 March 2004, this community has been plagued by a repetitive troll who has used a number of different accounts, all of which have been banned upon discovery, and most of which have been subsequently suspended for unrelated violations of the Livejournal Terms of Service. Members who are interested in the reasons for these bannings, please see the community memories under History of a Troll.
In April 2004, the Livejournal abuse team suspended this community for reasons unknown. Fortunately one of the Moderators was able to convince the abuse team to reconsider their suspension of this community. The Moderators wish to remind community members that it is the responsibility of the Moderators to ensure that all postings to this community adhere to the Livejournal Terms of Service, and that they reserve the right to delete postings which fail to do so.

The moderators believe that the free dissemination of information is beneficial to free Thelemites everywhere.
