Details
Template Name:Just Like A Man
Account Types:all account levels (Basic, Plus, Paid, etc.) but the ads in Plus might make it look hideous
Layout Style: S2 Mixit
Tested In:Firefox 2, Opera 9, and Internet Explorer 7 on Windows XP; Firefox 3 and Safari 2.0.4 on Mac OSX.
Screen Resolutions:800x600 and up, 1024x768 and up recommended
Notes:Alternate colour schemes for Template #51: Just Like A Woman. Some colour schemes inspired by the palettes of bzzinglikeneon. Pointless layout names by the abstract art title generator.

Directions
Go to Manage:Customize
Select New Theme:Type Mixit into the search box. Choose one of the themes that appear below (any theme) and hit "apply theme".
Choose a Page SetupChoose "2 Column (sidebar on left)" or "2 Column (sidebar on right)". Hit the "Customize Selected Theme" button.
Choose "Custom CSS" from the menu on the left:Select the following:
  • Use layout's "Base Weblog" stylesheet: choose "No" from the menu.

  • Custom external stylesheet URL: leave field blank.

  • Custom stylesheet: paste style sheet contents in this box.
Hit "save changes".


The Code

Step 1: The Basic Code


Copy and paste this into the aforementioned "custom stylesheet" box on the "Custom Options" tab.



Step 2: Pick Your Colour Scheme


Copy and paste your chosen colour scheme into the aforementioned "custom stylesheet" box on the "Custom Options" tab after the code you pasted in Step 1.

Holy cow, I love the "peacock" one. I just changed my layout, but in a few weeks when I'm itching for a new one, I'm so using this. ;)

One of the first times you ever posted a theme/layout that had multiple flavors, I thought the thumb was an actual screen shot. It was really simple so I guess it worked in my head.

I felt so stupid when I realized what I missed. lol

These are really nice, I might switch to Memories or Peacock, not sure which. Choices!

I've only been desperately wanting to change my layout for a month now, and this came along at a perfect time. I adore Aviator (I'm really drawn to neutral colours matched with brighter colours), will be uploading that within minutes!

I really love this style. The font size was wonky for me at first, but then I read both of the FAQ's and fixed it.

I love the little details you add to your layouts, like the circle thing on the calendar or the styling of the titles of things in the sidebar/blockquotes/defintions and how they match.

Snagged Peacock Declining an Umbrella for my journal. :)

BTW, for some reason, I'm getting a green bar just below the header image - it's not a big deal (it looks perfectly fine), but I'm not sure if it's something within the code or something that I've messed up accidentally.

ETA: Also, I just noticed my fonts are off. I'm on Firefox 3, but it could be my computer acting up...

The green bar is because your image resized itself when you uploaded it to Photobucket. Check the FAQ for how to fix this.

I'm not sure what you mean by "the fonts are off". They look normal to me.
