1. If you were to die today, what would your last words be?-You mean that's all there is to this?
2. What would you want your epitaph to say?-Now do you believe me?
3. What song would you want played at your funeral? Ding Dong The Witch Is Dead
4. In lieu of flowers, what should loved ones do in your honor?-Donate to a charity of their choice in my name
5. What unfinished business would you wrap up?-Not sure. Besides if I'm gonna die today, I really don't have time for that.

1. If you were to die today, what would your last words be?
The key to life, just remember. Everything is relative.

2. What would you want your epitaph to say?
"there's absolutely nothing to take the place of a good man" - John Steinbeck

3. What song would you want played at your funeral?

4. In lieu of flowers, what should loved ones do in your honor?
Smoke a big bowl, smile and move on with life. Remember the positive times, don't dwell on the fact I won't be coming back.

5. What unfinished business would you wrap up?
I'm pretty sure if I found out I was dieing today I would just spend the entire day holding Sarah and Matt and bawling like a little baby. I would probably try to get a little drunk and stoned. Hold my parrots and cry on them for awhile. I'd want to lay in the sun on some green green grass too.

1. Probably something indistinguishable.

2. IDK.

3. I won't say because it's very lame.

4. Donate to the local no-kill animal shelter.

5. I'd probably speak my peace and hug a corgi.

1. If you were to die today, what would your last words be?

I'm pretty healthy, so it'd be
"What the Sh*t is this" or "Hphm that dumptruck is running this light red"

2. What would you want your epitaph to say?

Well, it was fun while it lasted.

3. What song would you want played at your funeral?

That depends,

If I were dismembered horribly please play
-Detachable Penis- by King Missle

If I die in a racing accident
-Jerry was a racecar driver- by Primus

If I die because of disease
-Poisoning Pigeons in the park- by Tom Lehrer

Just cause I want people to know that though I'm in heaven, god could never fix my sick sense of humor. The horrible irony of the song should make people laugh, one last time.

4. In lieu of flowers, what should loved ones do in your honor?

I imagine they'd bury me with my bike. Hell, I don't know.

5. What unfinished business would you wrap up?

If I were dead? I think the only buisness I could wrap up, evade those back taxes and fertilize the lawn.

1. If you were to die today, what would your last words be?
Oswald was a cyborg controlled by the CIA, Merlin is real and still alive--you know him best as Wilford Brimley--and his magic word is "diabeetus", pizza causes genital warts, punk rock makes you blind...and if this isn't true, may god strike me dead!
(With all due credit to George Carlin)

2. What would you want your epitaph to say?
I Didn't Live Forever, But I Died Trying

3. What song would you want played at your funeral?
"The Parting Glass", the version from Waking Ned Devine

4. In lieu of flowers, what should loved ones do in your honor?
Star Wars memorabilia, obviously.

5. What unfinished business would you wrap up?
I actually can't think of a thing, assuming I've already had Shatner killed.

Whoops...and add this to #4:
But also...I've never wanted a funeral; I actually want a wake. I don't want people mourning, I want people getting drunk and remembering who I was fondly, enjoying life in my honor.

1. If you were to die today, what would your last words be? "I understand, now." Assuming that at my moment of death, I do understand. I'd like to think that will be what happens, even if only in my own mind-- but that's all I really care about being settled at my moment of death!

2. What would you want your epitaph to say? I don't want a headstone. I want to be cremated. I'm too verbose to say anything meaningful in a headstone, anyway. I'd rather leave a lengthy pre-death discourse :-P

3. What song would you want played at your funeral? "Fantasia on a Theme by Thomas Tallis" by Ralph Vaughn Williams. Possibly also Juliet's death scene from Sergei Prokofiev's Romeo and Juliet.

4. In lieu of flowers, what should loved ones do in your honor? I mentioned above that I want to be cremated, and I have a complication to that: I want my ashes scattered in several meaningful locations. So my loved ones are to divide my ashes and "take home" all the pieces of me. Many of the places, if not all, are illegal places to spread ashes, I'm sure, but I don't need a big ceremony; someone just get there, sometime, and sprinkle or bury the small package of them. There's not going to be that much left of me, after all, and after being divided up . . .

5. What unfinished business would you wrap up? If I knew I was going to die today, I would spend some time alone making piece with myself, and writing down some last testament making sense and meaningful out my life to myself and others. Then, I would want to see as many people I love as I could, and call (or write, if they didn't pick up) those who couldn't make it to be physically with me.

My journal is f/o, so ... ;-) here you go!

Oooh, I haven't done a Friday Five in a long time. Hmm.

1. If you were to die today, what would your last words be?
Hopefully "I love you" or something like that.
2. What would you want your epitaph to say?
Oooh, good question. My grandfather has "Resting in Jesus' Arms" on his. Maybe I'd do something like that.
3. What song would you want played at your funeral?
Do I have to just choose one?! Sheez! Uhm, "It Is Well (With My Soul)" and/or "The Old Rugged Cross".
4. In lieu of flowers, what should loved ones do in your honor?
Hmm ... donate to World Vision.
5. What unfinished business would you wrap up?
I'd ask the cute guy at work out. ;-) haha. And be like, "Dude, you have to say yes, because I'm gonna die today. Really."

1. If you were to die today, what would your last words be? "I did it." Let 'em ponder over the meaning of it.
2. What would you want your epitaph to say? The minimum wasn't good enough.
3. What song would you want played at your funeral? Just one? I have an entire list! One of the songs on my list is "Oceans" by The Tea Party.
4. In lieu of flowers, what should loved ones do in your honor? Have a donation to the airlift ambulance charity in my home area.
5. What unfinished business would you wrap up? Well, if you're being told you're dying that day, that doesn't leave a lot of time to finish most things up. I'd probably tell my family that I love them despite the fact that we're so dysfunctional and it has caused me a lot of grief over the years and I've pretty much run away to another country to get away from them. I'd write a few letters to my parents and siblings, possibly my closets friends and thanking them for being there for me in my life. *shrug* 1 day doesn't leave a lot of time. I also wouldn't mind coming to terms with my death myself, either.

first time Ive ever bothered to do this:) hope they arent too silly!

1. If you were to die today, what would your last words be?

hopefully I won't have final words so much as I'd hope to have a final SIGH:) haha dont whipe the smile off my face! no really my last words would be "IF THE OCEAN WAS MADE OF VODKA
AND I WAS A DUCK
ID SWIM TO THE BOTTOM
AND DRINK MY WAY UP
BUT ITS NOT MADE OF VODKA
AND I AM NOT A DUCK
SO RAISE YOUR GLASS
AND DRINK THE FUCK UP."

2. What would you want your epitaph to say?

"To be Irish is to know that in the end the world will break your heart" or "eat, drink and beat navy!"

3. What song would you want played at your funeral?

haha no brainer! Dirty Water by the Standells!

4. In lieu of flowers, what should loved ones do in your honor?

I would want people to donate phone cards and cell phone cards to the troops overseas, or to donate to the USO or any sort of scholarship set up for the kids left behind by soldiers who have died in Iraq/Afghanistan

5. What unfinished business would you wrap up?

I would hope I live long enough to make sense of my life and wrap it all up but I don't think thats gods plan. In death all your questions are answered so Im sure I'll find out all I need to know, and besides I'll be too excited to get to heaven and see my grandparents i wont want to finish up any shit down here

2. What would you want your epitaph to say?
"Gone Home"

3. What song would you want played at your funeral?
See #2.

4. In lieu of flowers, what should loved ones do in your honor?
