1. Latin.
2. Ong-Bak: The Thai Warrior. Horrible dialogue, dubbed or otherwise, but seriously--best fight scenes EVER.
3. Ireland, preferably in Mayo County. Get back in touch with my roots.
4. Something Canadian. Nobody rocks a party like a Newfie.
5. Moroccan. Have you been to Restaurant Marrakesh at EPCOT? I'd kill people for another plate of their lamb. Plus, bellydancers.

1) Japanese, so I can be done studying it, or German or Farsi.
2) 'La Grande Illusion'. Great film, great story, WWI, English soldiers in drag, a French actor who looks JUST like Kenneth Branagh, four different languages, etc. :D
3) Italy. I did a tour of the country in nine days and it was the most beautiful place in the world.
4) Kamran & Hooman, Gackt, Gavin Friday, or the Hanagumi cast of 'Elisabeth'.
5) Chinese food, for all the obvious reasons. :)

1) Right now, I am concentrating on Japanese.

2) For animation and live-action, it would be a long list. I love Kaneshiro Takeshi so I'll say "House of Flying Daggers".

3) Japan!! I will be living there one day.

4) X-Japan/hide! Their discs cost an arm and a leg these days. If you can find them, though I got a great deal on hide's "Hi-Ho/Good-Bye" single. Ms. Onitsuka Chihiro's albums are easier for me to buy, though. THE CHERRY COKE$!!

5) Japanese.

Japanese. Ohhh DEFINITELY.

2. If you were to suggest a foreign film, that you really enjoyed, what one would you suggest?
Speaking of Japanese... Spirited Away! :) Heh, iunno, I'm lame, I don't really know that many foreign films- I know many people have seen that already. But that movie= great.

Canada. Going there soon for school. <3

4. If you went out to buy an import music CD, what one would you buy?
Hm... I'm missing a Gravitation soundtrack, so I'm going to go ahead and say the one I'm missing. :) Also, I'd love another Emer Kenny album. I'm not sure if that counts as an import, though. It may... (It's Celtic)

5. If you were to chose an ethnic dinner, what would it be?
Sushi! <3 I'm dying to try more of it- I've only eaten it once in my life, heh.

1. If you could suddenly speak one language fluently (that you don't currently speak) what would it be?

Definitely Japanese. It would save me taking all the classes. ^_^

2. If you were to suggest a foreign film, that you really enjoyed, what one would you suggest?

At the moment, I'd have to say Pan's Labyrinth. Be prepared for gore, though.

3. If you had to call another country home (other than the one you currently live in) what one would you choose?

I've always really wanted to live in Canada, but I wouldn't say no to Japan, England, Ireland, Australia... You get the point.

4. If you went out to buy an import music CD, what one would you buy?

Probably something J-rock.

5. If you were to chose an ethnic dinner, what would it be?

Japanese food. My favorite meal: Chicken teriyaki, tonkatsu, rice, salad, and soup with mochi ice cream for dessert. Mmmm. Too bad I'm currently vegetarian.

1. If you could suddenly speak one language fluently (that you don't currently speak) what would it be?
German or Pennsylvania Dutch. My family speaks both, or at least they did, until my dad's generation... but my pap never taught him, and now I don't know it, and I think it's sad.

2. If you were to suggest a foreign film, that you really enjoyed, what one would you suggest?
I don't know.

3. If you had to call another country home (other than the one you currently live in) what one would you choose?
Ireland. I've always wanted to live there. I'd be okay with England, Australia, France, or Spain, too.

4. If you went out to buy an import music CD, what one would you buy?
Darren Hayes. He is amazing.

5. If you were to chose an ethnic dinner, what would it be?
Anything Chinese.

1. Irish Gaelic, Cannacht (i hope i spelled that right) dialect. yep.

2. woah...haven't really seen any foreign films in a while. except Pan's Labrynth - and that was good. so yeah! Pan's Labrynth! ^_^

3. Ireland. (although the pull of England and Australia are pretty strong also)

4. um... ::ponder:: ...either Rammstein or Nightwish or Snow Patrol

5. Thai!! Of course it depends on the restaurant. Keene = Spicy Garlic Chicken w/ rice, Spring Rolls, Tom Khar (w/out mushrooms!) and coconut custard for dessert. Home = Chicken red curry w/rice, spring rolls and thai custard w/sticky rice for dessert. and thai iced tea pwns teh world. of course, satay is awesome as well as golden triangels and most other curry dishes (i just like red the best at this restaurant cuz it's the only one w/bamboo in it). 1. If you could suddenly speak one language fluently (that you don't currently speak) what would it be?
Ukrainian. Always, always Ukrainian. After that, though, Hindi... because it'd be a bugger to write in that script.

2. If you were to suggest a foreign film, that you really enjoyed, what one would you suggest?
Hmm... Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham or Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna, definitely for first-time Bollywood-ers. K3G really gives you an amazing sense of India, and Bollywood films, and the music is phenominal. But then KANK is such a marvelous film in and of itself, and the acting and writing are top-notch. The cinematography's cool, too... but I'd go with K3G as an opener to all.

3. If you had to call another country home (other than the one you currently live in) what one would you choose?
I already call Ukraine home. Seriously, though, it's the most amazing place. It feels like home to me, especially Mliniv, the village I love. Pastor Sergei's home feels like my home, and I think in some way it is.

4. If you went out to buy an import music CD, what one would you buy?
Something Hindi... I just bought Mohabbatien's soundtrack. :P

5. If you were to chose an ethnic dinner, what would it be?
Mhmm... Ukrainian. I love the food, especially the stuff that my host mom made.
