1. How do you deal with stress?
Music usually, but it really depends on where the stress is coming from

2. Do you have a favorite "comfort food" and what is it?
chocolate, m&ms perticually

3. Do you have a "comfort activity" and what is it?
Singing

4. What days depress you and why?
Saturdays right now because I'm usually working all day and don't get to do things

5. What days excite you and why?
Usually thursdays, goes then I go social (ballroom/swing) dancing

1. How do you deal with stress?
I indulge in spending too much money. Bizarrely, if I'm having money stress, I do the same. Or I indulge in time-consuming projects which will distract me from the stress.

2. Do you have a favorite "comfort food" and what is it?
Chocolate, or Frappuccinos.

3. Do you have a "comfort activity" and what is it?
I immerse myself in work, or TV shows.

4. What days depress you and why?
Sunday nights depress me, which I think is ingrained in me from when I was little, and it meant SCHOOL TOMORROW. It's silly, because as I waxed in last week's Friday Five, I adore my job so Mondays aren't such a big deal anymore! Or comedown days, after a holiday or an event.

5. What days excite you and why?
I still get excited around Christmas and birthdays, even though at my age the novelty should have worn off!

If we're just talking about regular days of the week, then Mondays excite me, they're good days at work. And if I've got a relaxing day of doing nothing ahead, then Sundays too :)

I usually take a hot bath or a shower amd watch one of my favorite movies.

2. Do you have a favorite "comfort food" and what is it?

I think mine is the same as everyone's: chocolate

3. Do you have a "comfort activity" and what is it?

Sort of the same stuff I put for #1 but I like to write or vent in the good old LJ.

4. What days depress you and why?

Monday: I believe I've said enough

5. What days excite you and why?

Thursday: Supernaturaaal!
Friday: Kinda obvious.

1. How do you deal with stress?
Heh.
Well, if I'm stressed out, it's usually about classes and school and shit. Usually, I'll leave the class atmosphere, and take a break from studying. Maybe go to Starbuck's or watch a movie, go out with friends.. just something to get me away from homework and exams.

Anything warm, and chocolate
3. Do you have a "comfort activity" and what is it?
Curling up on my bed with like 4 pillows, my snuggly blanket and watching a movie
4. What days depress you and why?
Mondays and Wednesdays. Monday - start of the school week, and Wednesday - longest day b/c of classes
5. What days excite you and why?
Thursday Nights - Saturday :D

I usually just concentrate on something else.

2. Do you have a favorite "comfort food" and what is it?
Chilinuts and chocolate.

3. Do you have a "comfort activity" and what is it?
Anime, or books. Anything containing cuteness of some kind that makes me smile.

4. What days depress you and why?
It depends and varies. Usually when I've had little sleep and everything just goes wrong.

5. What days excite you and why?
Good days when I feel no pressure and I'm able to enjoy myself.

With a healthy combination of music, pot, and naptime.

2. Do you have a favorite "comfort food" and what is it?
Buttered toast with sugar.

3. Do you have a "comfort activity" and what is it?
Mostly I go and hang out with a bunch of people late at night to unwind.

4. What days depress you and why?
Well, a saturday night at home makes me very sad :(

5. What days excite you and why?
Whenever routine is broken :D

some people have "comfort food." i have "comfort discs." lately there's this album by big black - i won't mention the name here so's someone doesn't get offended by the title. but if you're curious...

days when too much is expected of me in too little time. this question answers itself.

5. What days excite you and why?
days when i don't have any pressing deadlines or engagements hanging over me like vultures. this, too, answers itself.

1. How do you deal with stress?
I try to breathe and forget about all the things that have been worrying me at that particular moment. Actually, I'm feeling a bit stressed out right now.:P

2. Do you have a favorite "comfort food" and what is it?
Hmm..I think it's just my dad's cooking - anything goes because he's such a great cook. I think ice cream's my comfort food as well, but I never eat it by the carton, just a cone to cheer me up.

3. Do you have a "comfort activity" and what is it?
Watching DVD's that I own. Having a mini Friends marathon when I'm down/stressed out works so well. I start to laugh and the problems become smaller. It's good therapy, it really is.

4. What days depress you and why?
Rainy days or days that have horrible weather. Basically if the sun's not out, which has been happening a lot lately. The weather affects my mood. Oh, and if I have a bad start to a day.

5. What days excite you and why?
Holidays or just random days where I get school off or if I get to sleep in a little bit, even until 8 or 9 because I have to get up at the latest, 7 every single day, counting weekends.;/

1. How do you deal with stress?
Badly - LOL. Truthfully, when I get too stressed, it tends to come out physically. I get agitated, snap at people. Then I get insomnia and manic energy. After awhile, I start to have stomach problems. If I get really stressed, I can't keep solid food down and it takes several days for me to get my body back to normal once whatever stressful has ended.

2. Do you have a favorite "comfort food" and what is it?
No, actually, I try not to take comfort in food. I have a problem with eating when I get stressed or in an unfamiliar situation. I'm trying to break that habit by not associating food with comfort or safety.

3. Do you have a "comfort activity" and what is it?
When I get really stressed, I tend to clean because it's fairly mindless. I used to love to just pack up and go for a drive, but that's hard to do anymore.

4. What days depress you and why?
Fridays tend to depress me, especially if I'm broke that week because now I've got two days of sitting around with no money and two kids who need to be kept occupied, in a town where there aren't exactly a whole lot of free or cheap activities.

5. What days excite you and why?
The day before I travel somewhere. There's always so much to do and all the anticipation of the trip, plus my own wierd fears that something will fall through at the last minute.

-I usually will play a fighting video game where I can just beat the shit out of the other player.

-Hahaha, no...all food is good and tasty.

-Sleeping...or playing video games.
4. What days depress you and why?
-Um...Mondays and Tuesday because those are the start of the new week.
5. What days excite you and why?
-Duh! That would be Friday-Sunday...days off, pay days, and fun days ^.^

1. express it with grumbling (half-joke). sometimes with crying.
2. not food, but drink: earl grey tea with sugar. or mulled wine. very relaxing thing ;)
3. watch TV, watch my favourite DVDs, internet-surfing
4. my cycle days and exams in university =( it really make me depressing
5. holydays of course =) especially my birthday and the new year's day.

much ( about myself or my life ) i get depressed

1. it's hard, because I get stressed out so easily. I just try to tell myself that things could be a lot worse. sometimes I imagine the worst thing that could happen, and then compare the two. sometimes it helps to put things into perspective.

2. probably hot tea or some chocolate

3. I listen to music, curl up in bed & sleep, or go to the beach

4. any day where I feel lonely/unwanted/ugly/forgotten about/etc.

5. waking up in the morning knowing that you have a 'big' event happening. like traveling, or going to a concert. I love waking up anticipating the day.
