Unfortunately this set might leave out some members without scanners or digital cameras, but I think it would be really fun for those who are photo-happy like me :)

Post a picture of the following and explain:

1. Yourself. Do you like having your picture taken? Why or why not? Do you have a "good side"?
2. Your pet(s). What are their names? How long have you had them?
3. Your favourite vacation spot. Describe exactly where the picture is taken. What's special about this place?
4. Your bedroom or favourite room in your home. Explain or tell a story about some of the items in the room.
5. One of your favourite pictures of all time, whether for artistic or sentimental reasons (it doesn't necessarily have to be one you took yourself). Why is this picture special to you?

Perhaps a few more while the boy sleeps away the morning- I wrote all these up without looking at previous submissions, so apologies if I tread on anyone's proverbial toes. A lot of them are pretty dang cliche. Must work on that.

Reality TV (Which I don’t watch, so forgive me if I misplace a reference.)
1) Would you ever go "under the knife" (or laser, or dental pick) for cosmetic purposes? What and why, and would it really be worth it?
2) Describe your dream home, including location, design, and who/what’s in there with you.
3) You have one month to travel the world, all expenses paid. Where do you go and what do you do once you arrive?
4) What scares the bloody heck out of you? Would you face it down if someone paid you? What’s your price?
5) And of course, you’re stranded on an island. What five simple items do you have with you? How do you survive? Anyone in particular you’d like to be stranded with? What would they bring to the table?

Playing Oracle
1) Realistically, where do you think you’ll be five years from now? What job will you be working, will you have family/friends/pets, where will you be living and how?
2) Unrealistically, given a perfect life, where do you want to be five years from now?
3) What’s the big barrier keeping number one and two separate and distinct, or is there one?
4) Utterly and completely abandoning realism, make up where you’ll be in five years. Alien abductions and portals to alternate universes are encouraged.
5) Where did you believe you’d be now, five years ago? Pick a crucial event of the past five years and tell us where you’d be now if it had been different.

And, continuing...

If you were, and why?

1) If I were an animal, I would be... (Why?)
2) If I were a mineral, I would be... (Why?)
3) If I were a plant, I would be... (Why?)
4) If I were a place, I would be... (Why?)
5) If I were a time, I would be... (Why?)

Or

1) If I were a tactile sensation, I would be... (Why?)
2) If I were a scent, I would be... (Why?)
3) If I were a sound, I would be... (Why?)
4) If I were a sight, I would be... (Why?)
5) If I were a taste, I would be... (Why?)

Or (Because the zoology geek in me says so.)

1) If I were a mammal, I would be... (Why?)
2) If I were a reptile, I would be... (Why?)
3) If I were a bird, I would be... (Why?)
4) If I were a fish, I would be... (Why?)
5) If I were a dinosaur, I would be... (Why?)

(This, of course, can be carried on forever with a multitude of different subjects. A tree, a book, a food, a holiday, a movie or song, a material, a color, a fruit, a drink, an expression, a planet, a direction, furniture, a piece of jewelry, a piece of clothing, a mythological creature/figure, a constellation, etc. Further thought could be injected into such a question set by asking what one would have answered, say, at this time last year, and why such things have changed, ie: the last two questions in set one might be better as "(4) What would you have said for the above questions on this day one year ago? (5) How and why have your answers changed?" as time/place don't quite fit the animal/vegetable/mineral theme.)

I haven't been a member here long, so if you've already used this, I'm sorry. But have you ever used Zobmondo questions in the Friday Five?

They're "choice" questions - here are a random 7 - I've got a whole book full. The rules of Zobmondo are that you have to choose one answer - you can't say "neither." You must also take the question as it is - no changing the questions!

1) Would you rather have to suck all the ink out of a ballpoint pen or paint your tongue with Wite-Out?
2) Would you rather drink a gallon of used hot dog water or a shot glass of someone else's foot sweat?
3) Would you rather have to always eat standing up or always enter your car from the passenger door?
4) Would you rather always wear shoes that are a half size too small or always have your underwear creeping up your butt?
5) Would you rather have the power to read minds or have the power to make anyone fall in love with you?
6) Would you rather eat a head of rotten cabbage or drink a glass of sour milk?
7) Would you rather always be nauseated or always have a headache?
