I'm a newbie here and found this lovely community whilst wondering around LJ. Am an absolute fan of The Crimea and squeeled with delight when I saw them on TOTP :D I managed to take over the TV from my bro, so am quite proud of that, it shows my dedication to them ;)

Anywho, just wanted to pop by and say 'hi' and shall now read/look at EVERYTHING here to catch up!

I Found out about the Crimea, 2 years ago at CMJ (college Music Journal) in New York. IT was pretty nice. Got to seem them in small venues upclose. Saw them again in Chicago (that's where I live) when they opened for Billy Corgan. They need to come out on their own, Chicago has awesome venues where they would do well.
