Unfortunately I was not able to complete the July blitz. :-( But on the other hand I did manage to write and submit a 17 page paper, and a large group project for school.

Hope those stories are coming along brilliantly! I trust they are. I hope a lot of you are participating this month, it would be awesome to see a lot of stories to read through every day- and see some development!

For some writing links and handy tools and things like that, I have a list of links on my website here : Links.

It has things like "words other than said", a page for colours (if you want to stop saying that her hair is brown, or his hair is black, you can replace it with things like raven black, ink, and firey red etc). As well as prompts and things like that if you're really struggling.

So when is the next Blitz?

Congratulations

You have completed the blitz. You have written another story. You have another piece of work to put in your port folio. You are a magnificent creator. To all those who didn't end up finishing- that's totally cool because you did your best! And to all of those who did end up finishing, make sure you celebrate. You put your mind to it and accomplished a new challenge.
You adapted, you evolved, you learned at least one thing new for your writing abilities. You ought to be proud!

The next blitz is coming up in May. Due to the Anniversary of this wonderful community erupting at that point, does anyone want to give any feedback on what we should do?

I was thinking, to keep with the tradition, we might just have to give the short stories a go again. But again, need the feedback from you kids! And hopefully more of you will participate in the next one cos it's going to rock the socks of my marzipants!!
