"American Idol" star Blake Lewis and DJ SupaSam perform at Club SNO at the recently opened Snoqualmie Casino, at Exit 27 on I-90 east of Seattle. Doors open at 8 p.m. Tickets: $75 at Ticketmaster or the box office. Local party bands The Afrodisiacs and the Spazmatics provide the entertainment beginning at 9 p.m. at the Snoqualmie Ballroom. The party includes gourmet eats, champagne and glittery party favors. Tickets: $175 a person at Ticketmaster and the Snoqualmie Casino box office. Terra Vista Restaurant offers a five-course, fixed-priced dinner ($125 a person) to welcome the new year. Reservations: 425-888-1234 or opentable.com. And LIT Cigar Lounge offers a New Year's party with hors d'oeuvres, cigars and champagne toast. Tickets: $10 at the cigar lounge or box office.

Never posted this update here! Common Market just released their new video for the song Trouble Is - that features TONS of Blake Lewis cameos! ITs like a "Where's Waldo" of Blake Lewis - he has 4 characters each with a different costume! His last character is just himself...so thats easy...but still - its fun to figure out who is who....



Also Blake had so much fun behind the scenes with his FLIP video camera - he took TONS of video and gave it to me to edit and put up!

Hey Everyone,

It's been a long time! Thank goodness inlipstickred has taken over. As you may or may not know, both Kristi and I have been unable to devote time to The Blaker Girls like we used to. Kristi has since started a new job and I myself have taken on a second job with a non-profit (shameless plug, check out - www.hopeforhorses.net and www.myspace.com/hopeforhorses_wa). Though our time commitments have changed we still support Blake and want to keep his fans informed. Unfortunately the cost/time for blakergirls.com was too much so we are shutting the site down. We will continue to update the myspace as we can and hope all of you continue to support Blake and follow his career.

Thank you all for your continued support. Don't worry, it's not the end of The Blaker Girls, it's just the end of our specific website.

Let it be known that there are very few people I would stand in the rain to see. Blake is one of those people! lol the day started out fun and my friend and I got on as many rides as we could, but then it started DOWNPOURING. So bad. We were more drenched from that than from the waterpark. haha I tried so hard to find Blake wandering around, but I guess he wasn't cause I didn't see him anywhere and I circled that place a million times. Anywho. After the rain let up a little, we got in line for the concert. We were in line for almost 2 hours. I think it's safe to say that's the longest line I've ever waited in, for anything.

We finally get into where the concert is, and I got PISSED because he was already singing "Here's My Hello" (acoustic! The whole set was acoustic) I mean, there were a ton of people still behind us that didn't even get to hear his awesomeness! I got mad at that. I'm so surprised I got as close as I did, considering I was pretty far back in the line, so go me! I have pics and vids to share but I have to get them off my camera, so hopefully tomorrow I can get 'em up here. Not sure what he played before we got inside, but I walked in on "Here's My Hello," then he did "1,000 Miles" and started "You Give Love A Bad Name" but only teased us and said if the whole band was there he would have done it lol. Then he did "How Many Words" (which sounded beautiful acoustic by the way! That's what I got the video of!) and he finished with "She Loves the Way." I really, really want him to be able to do his own tour because I wanted to hear him play longer!

I am leaving super early tomorrow to go see Blake @ Six Flags New England. Is anybody else going? I'll be sure to get some pics to share when I get back! And if I happen to bump into him walking around before the show, I'm so asking him to ride a rollercoaster with me lmao!
