| About: | The Tweaker Pad is a community for people who have anything to share with others about the recreational use, addiction, and lifestyle of using or being surrounded by any form of speed, or amphetamine-like stimulant, recreationally. The Tweaker Pad may also serve as a general community for sharing anything among people of our kind, but we should always remember why we're here. Users, addicts, friends and family members of users, using non-addicts (aka delusionals, haha), and non-users are welcome. Just follow the rules. Rules: 1. All of us here (should) know the risks and consequences associated with amphetamine abuse. Members of this community may be addicts, former users, friends or family members of users, addicts, users who feel they are not addicts, and anything in between. This is meant to be a forum of sharing ideas and exchanging information, not for bickering between each other about differences in lifestyle. Some of us have reasons for quitting, some of us have reasons for usings, and some of us have reasons for not using. Criticism and avice is fine; flaming and so-forth is not and is a bannable offense. 2. All opinions of all members should be respected. However, that doesn't mean civil arguments (by this, I mean anything that isn't a flame war) and calling people out when they're full of shit isn't allowed. This exludes racism, sexism, and things of that nature. Displaying those opinions openly and in a usually hateful fashion will result in banning. 3. If I feel you are sharing information that is detrimental to the community as a whole, such as lies or ignorant truths relating to drugs, I will ban you. Drugs can be dangerous, and speed certainly is a dangerous one. I've heard of people getting hurt by doing things someone on an internet drug community said was okay to do without knowing what they were talking about. Realize that anything anyone says here is probably not a proven fact of science. 4. Posting procedures for the production of meth (or anything else) is absolutely not aloud. There is is a lot of room for error in doing that, and it ties in with rule 3. I don't want anyone killed. Get an anarchist cookbook if you're that stupid. 5. The Tweaker Pad is not a place for you to find drugs, obviously. 6. If you get really fucked up and end up writing us a book, use LJ cuts :P Nothing else immediately comes to my attention, so with that, have fun. Feel free to share stories, poems, and other creative writing, especially that relating to speed. Give experience reports, ask questions, answer questions, and enjoy.
