| About: |  The Rules of Solfu: 1. Freedom of speech, the press, choice, etc. etc. etc. are all firmly enforced here. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO WRITE WHATEVER YOU PLEASE. If it's sick, we're okay with that. If it's not, we're also okay with that. We are a place for the darker side of fiction, yes, but we are not dead-set into any one particular style or theme. 2. If you have any problems with another member, take it up with a moderator (bre_anachronism or thefatkid87). DO NOT start fires within the community, it will result in the expulsion of all involved parties as we don't take no crap 'round this here commune. 3. We are a work in progress, and we are not perfect, but please: HAVE YOUR STORIES PROOF-READ BY AT LEAST ONE OTHER PERSON before you post. This keeps the error rate at least somewhat down. 4. NO CHATSPEAK. END OF STORY. There is no negotiation on this. If you can't use at least semi-proper English and form, we have no use for you. Get it edited by someone else if you must, but do it or we will take it down. 5. No discrimination. If a character in your story is a racist or a homophobe or even a pedophile and the language and descriptions are necessary tools, then so be it, AS LONG AS IT IS IN CONTEXT OF FICTION. If you begin to rant about something that has no bearing on the group and get offensive, we will put an end to it. 6. Once this site is up and running, please, STORIES ONLY in post. You will receive memos from myself or another moderator sometimes on the site, but that is for moderators only. Outside, please send in messages or emails. 7. Do not be afraid to contact us if you have any questions. I only bite if you're into that sort of thing, and Jess doesn't bite...hard. There is a more extensive version of this list on the actual page itself close to the first entries, if you would like to check through the archives and locate it for reference.
