Pokemon Fanfics, Fanart, and General Discussion

Welcome to The Sketchbook, a place for Pokemon writers and artists to meet, share ideas, and talk! Both your fanfiction and your fanart are welcome here, so get to work!

The rules are quite simple.

For Fanfiction:
1. Fics can be any length. Multiple chapter fics can be posted in multiple entries. The whole fic will be placed in the Memories section under your username.

2. Both het (heterosexual) and slash (homosexual) pairings are allowed in fanfics, but please specify if there will be either of these pairings before the LJ-cut. Also, please post the rating of the fic before the LJ-cut tag (G, PG, PG-13, R, NC-17). If you are younger than seventeen, please use discretion in reading any fanfics. These are the only two required things, but feel free to use this format:

3. When posting any fic, please use the LJ-cut tag, even with drabbles. The lj cut tag works like this:

< lj-cut text="Name of your fic here" >
Your story goes here.
< /lj-cut >

Remember to remove the spaces between the < > keys!

4. Please treat your fellow community members with respect. Constructive criticism and differing views are welcome; outright insults and flames are not.

5. Fanfics that have not been edited by a beta reader may be posted for the purposes of finding a beta reader. People willing to be beta readers may post and offer their services too!

For Fanart:
1. If you are familiar with linking to pictures within journals, that's perfectly all right. Just place the picture under an LJ-cut. Of course regular text links to another site where your picture is hosted are welcome, too.
