The Seraglio is a community for those who believe in natural female submission to men.

This community seeks to be a forum for those who see their submission as more than just a bedroom kink and more than just an aspect of their sexuality. It is for those who believe that women are meant to serve men, or at least they themselves are meant to serve men, and in this service they are whole beings playing out the natural course of their female submissive nature. This community is also for the men who would in one sense “own” such a female and in another feel that it is their place to rule over females of this nature.

I expect such beliefs to be controversial. I have attempted to create a community in which such things can be discussed while holding true to my belief in freedom of expression. However, in that attempt the purity of my views of slavery has been watered down in order to accommodate diversity. I do not wish to destroy that diversity nor do I seek to censor my beliefs in slavery.

In regards to freedom of speech:

The_Seraglio is not a government-run nor fee-based forum. Essentially, the moral and ethical grounds of free speech is somewhat limited here. This is not to say that one cannot disagree or debate within the community or with the Maintainers and Mods of this forum. But it does mean our word is final whether flawed or not. Ad hominem attacks against Mods and Maintainers are grounds for immediate removal from the community and possibly all sister communities, depending on the degree of the conflict. (If you can’t stand our stink here, then I doubt you can stand it anywhere.) Any lengthy, drawn-out conflicts will simply be deleted or frozen. We will not let useless arguments trail on and on for the sake of free speech, but will cut them short for the peace of the community.

It is the intention of the community creators to secure the original idea by being more selective in its membership.

This is NOT a community for:

1) Male Submissives

2) Female Dominants

3) Bedroom Players

4) The Kink Curious

5) Those With Strongly Held Feminist Beliefs

This is not to say that the Creators, Maintainers, and Moderators do not believe in the natural existence or the right to be these things, but that there are plenty of outlets for these expressions. Basically you have your own sandbox, let us have ours.

**Also, ghost journals, brand new journals and those without any entries will not be accepted into membership of this community.**

This community IS for:

1) Male Dominants

2) Female Submissives

3) Those who believe in natural female submission either biology based or individually based.

4) Deep Power Exchange, IE and so forth.

5) For those who seek the closest reality of slavery we can attain within our given cultures.

Again, other expressions of M/s, D/s, and M/f exist. We do not think we are better than those other valid variations. We only seek to gather like minds that believe in the total power exchange between the sexes and even total power exchange as a course of nature.

What to expect within this community:

1) Politically correct speech, though expected, will not always be the mainstay of this community. For example, words such as slave and cunt may be used to describe submissives in whole or in part. Such words are not meant to single out or press upon any single person, but rather are words some posters, like myself, use to describe submissives.

2) Feminist ideals, though accepted as part of our lives and is fully acceptable as a subject, do not rule here. Feminism is a tool for the outer, public world and gives women protections that are helpful and appreciated. However within the walls of The_Seraglio, it doesn’t exist as a way of life.

3) The idea that female submission to men is a way of life permeates everything.

4) Men are to be granted the utmost respect. It is expected that all females refer to the men within as “Sir”, but only after permission has been granted by the female’s owner and the man the title is intended.

5) Discussions will revolve around service to men, total power exchange, female roles in males lives, female obedience, slave punishment, natural slavery, how to please and serve men, how to mesh public responsibilities with slavery, obedience to our men, and anything that comes up within the realm of female slavery to men.

Posting /Community Rules:

1) All posts are moderated.

2) Posts over 750 words must be placed under an LJ cut.

3) Adult oriented subjects must be placed under an LJ cut with a disclaimer that the contents may be NON WORK SAFE; NWS will suffice. ( This does not include icons.)

4) No Flaming.

5) No Ad Hominem attacks.

6) Please ask the original poster to repost, quote in part or in whole, or link any comment or post to other communities or within your own journal. (All comments and posts are under copyright and are the sole property of the author.)

7) Rules will be added or deleted as time goes on; it is the responsibility of members to keep up to date.
