Notes: Originally a request drabble, but I sort of lost the theme. Thus, it stands alone. Despite itself, it is set during R2.
You want to know what his eyes look like. You’ve seen them countless times before, but that was when he was Just Lelouch, Vice-President of the Student Council, a strange but smart and yet detestably apathetic young man. You’ve seen Lelouch smile and laugh and joke and even be serious once or twice.
But you don’t know what Zero looks like when he smiles and laughs, when he’s sad. You know his eyes when he’s angry, when he’s calculating, and that is all.
You want him to look at you and know what his eyes look like at that moment.
