Whenever possible, I've posted flyers to save myself some typing

You know this one is important! Besides, I'm driving all the way back from Pittsburgh JUST FOR THIS SHOW. If you guys can't make it from one state away...or less. Then there's no hope for this band/fan relationship.
 We're gonna have a completely different set for this one. Lots of stuff we've been working on. Old stuff, newer stuff, and yeah, some same old stuff. But still, some new stuff!
Sunday, September 25th at Asbury Lanes with Easy Action & Lord Sterling. Doors at: 9:00PM, only $10 to get in and it's always 21+ But you know what they say about that on this board.
And then this one is really important. We're playing the Knitting Factory - Old Office on Tuesday, September 27th with Hunchback and Wrong. Doors are at 8:00PM and it's $8 and All Ages. I think this is the first all ages NYC show we've had in a looong time so we really expect you all to be there. And I don't wanna hear none of this "school night" crap. |

( quilt square )
punksewing is making a quilt for some friends who are having a baby. if you want to contribute a square, it's 9 in by 9 in w/ some seam allowance. you can silkscreen, sew, whatever as long as it's babyproof. you can also contribute money, if you are so inclined. we'll need to get stuff like batting. credit goes to katie prior for the awesome idea. either let myself or her know if you'd like to contribute and we'll tell you where to send the square.
thanks in advance!!!! |

| » Brimstones Show on Sat December 11 |
Amazing bands, lots of garage/surf rock, and an original act of traditional burlesque. Think 40s/50s vintage burlesque mixed with modern cynicism. I promise you won't be disappointed.
This show will definitely be something to remember. Don't be an idiot and not go.
Saturday December 11 At the Hamilton St Cafe, Bound Brook NJ.

That's it. No more html mailing list for me. They don't give you a preview so they're just askin' ya to have coding errors. Anyway, for those of you not on the mailing list, here it is:
Hey sinner, how ya been? Still working on those "good intentions"? Listen, I know it hasn't been that long since we talked but here's what's goin' on with us Brimstones. First up: shows.</p>
This FRIDAY, OCTOBER 8th, we are playing ASBURY LANES with THEE MINKS. It's a bowling alley with a stage in the middle of it all. Finally, a club owner who gets it, right? Asbury Lanes is at 209 4th Ave,and of course it's in Asbury Park, NJ. Doors are at 10 pee-em and the cost is $6. It is, sadly 21+. Sorry kiddies. This could be a big show for us so do your best to come out and support us!</p>
And then, of-course-you-didn't-forget-did-you, on MONDAY, OCTOBER 18th, the Brimstones are playing IRVING PLAZA with THE CRAMPS and THE GORE GORE GIRLS. Yeah, we're still pretty excited about this one. This one has got the typical Irving Plaza deal where it's 16+ but if you're under 16 and you bring an adult, they can get you in under their protection. Doors are at 8 and us Brimstones go on at 8:40. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 day of show. I don't think I can even tell you just how worth it the Cramps are. Really. Worth. It. We thought this was sold out for a minute, but it turns out it wasn't...but it might be VERY SOON, so buy your tickets now!</p>
On SATURDAY, OCTOBER 30th, The Brimstones are playing a superspecial Halloween MIDNIGHT MONSTER HOP thing at OTTO'S SHRUNKEN HEAD with The MEMPHIS MORTICIANS. None of these entities has a website, can you believe that? This is a replacement date for the show we were supposed to do on Sept 22nd. Anyway, Otto's is at 538 east 14th street between Avenue A & B. The show is free, but drinks aren't. And the drinks glow. We expect this to be a real hopping show. Also, you should come just so you can get on Mike Decay about putting these up on a website somewhere. This show is 21+. And there's this big bouncer at the door who looks REALLY HARD at IDs. And the door is small and there's no rear entrance.</p>
We're also getting TONS of new merch! Expect it to be up in a more concise form on the webpage soon, but until then you can check out in the merch thread on our forum. Two T-Shirts and One baby-doll design! Pins! Stickers! Cheap!</p>
Speaking of our forum why haven't you joined yet? And if you have joined, why aren't you posting? And if you are posting, then why am I asking you this?</p>
Well, I believe that's it for our news.

| » HUGE BRIMSTONES NEWS! |
Listen Up Sinners! We got ourselves some Brimstones news here and all of it's big so keep scrollin! =========================================== THE BRIMSTONES PLAYING WITH THE CRAMPS!!!
Monday, October 18th Irving Plaza with THE CRAMPS the Gore Gore Girls.
Yes. THE Cramps. Yes. THE Irving Plaza.
The show is all ages, we are the 1st band and go on at 8:40. Tickets are $25 [it's the CRAMPS] and are available here or here. We know the show is more expensive then we usually play...but it's THE CRAMPS.
There are a lot more shows after the other announcements. Scroll Down.
===========================================
NEW BRIMSTONES WEBSITE!!!
The All! New! All! Redesigned! Brimstones website is up. I put a lot of blood into this one [not that you can see it...it's all red anyways] and a lot of thought and php coding and stuff like that. So go to it, and check out the fancy pictures of us. And the new sounds and best of all.... a forum so you can tell us things without having to wait until the next show.
===========================================
MORE BRIMSTONES SHOWS!
Friday, Sept 17th The Court Tavern New Brunswick NJ with Hunchback, the Unidentified, the Bishops.
I'm taking some guesses here, but they're educated guesses. 9pm Doors/First Band? $6? I can't be that far off. It's def 21+
======
Saturday, Sept 24th Otto's Shrunken Head. 538 E. 14th St. New York, NY
Do promoters ever tell us ANYTHING? I think there's no cover at Otto's and they have really good drinks and you should come because it will be completely raucous. It'll also be kind of late. How late? I dunno? 11ish? It's so 21+, don't even try the fake ID thing. Well, try if you want, but I don't think it'll work.
======
Friday, October 8th
Asbury Lanes 209 4th Ave Asbury Park, NJ
with Thee Minks (Philly) Doors at 10?, it costs $6? Also, (sorry) 21+
Once again, we are in the dark about set times, etc. So just show up. Or call. Or we'll try and find out and put it on the site. But this show's gonna be real fun, because...it's a bowling alley turned venue. The lanes still work and the bands play on the stage in the middle of the lanes.
===========================================
There's more stuff going on, but that's all I can tell you about. But here's a couple of hints. More shows, some really big. More new stuff. In a solid form, not digital.
See you on the forum!
