* Fixed the infamous style error.
* mell_via has been MIA for some time now, and didn't even respond to previous rolecalls. Therefore, she's lost her role as Optimus Prime, and he is now up for grabs.

((ooc: Calling Elite Guard members on an important mission! You and Grimlock can join in if you're interested. Sentinel Prime is now heading into the lair....of the spider.))

Sentinel Prime stepped slowly into the dark corridor, the sound of his heavy footsteps echoing through the silent halls. He held his lance and shield at the ready, optics flicking back and forth as he scanned the area for signs of danger. The weapons provided his only illumination, and a feeble one at that, giving off a soft blue light that only revealed a few metres of the ground before him.

In spite of this, he stood tall and began to stride forward, still keeping a watchful optic out for trouble. Proudly, the tall and handsome Sentinel proceeded into the cold, dark tunnel.... And typically enough, promptly tripped over a rock.

He fell forward, flailing his arms in a less-than-dignifed manner, and just barely caught himself before he hit the ground. He corrected himself, dusted at his thighs in embarrassment, and turned to address his comrades.

*A-hem*

"Watch out for stuff lying on the ground."

"I still don't see why we don't get to use live ammunition," Thundercracker grumbled. Instead of using the usual null-ray fire, he'd modified it to shoot hard-light hologram bullets, coated in a light shell of paint. They'd still impact solidly, but would fade away afterwards, leaving the paint behind. "And this is pointless. I'm going to win anyway."

He was perched on top of a building in downtown Detroit, patiently (or not so patiently, as the various splatters of dark blue paint on random buildings showed) waiting for everyone else to show up.

I hope de community moderators do not mind me posting this.... it has just been so quiet here for such a long time. Is anyvun else around other than me? I mean, I can carry on conversations all by myself, but most of de time I already know how it ends. =\

Zo, vot are you guys up to? I haff seen de new episodes of "Transformers Animated", although I am not pleased dot I haff not been in a single scene yet. Lugnut had a scene before me! Dot is not right. I may be stuck in a tree somevhere for all ve know.

.... Yes, Transformers can get stuck in trees. De vuns big enough are just harder to find.

Anyvay, I am rambling. De RP seems to be resting for now, but maybe ve can talk a bit here so I am not just talking to myself, like usual?

I sincerely apologize for the slowness of getting back to everybody that has auditioned, and for responding to posts - I have been experiencing major computer and internet difficulties lately.

I need to wipe my computer's hard drive and start over fresh, it's so far gone at this point. Not even my browser works properly at this point - it no longer acknowledges LiveJournal's stylesheets, so everything is just a messy, ugly bunch of text and links (it took me forever to navigate to here successfully).

I should be back in full force by the end of the week, but unfortunately I can't guarantee that - I have to back up everything I value before wiping the hard drive.

Again, I really apologize for this, and I thank you for your patience in the meantime.

Thundercracker worked the cramps out of his servos, wincing slightly.

It had been worth the effort, however; the device Megatron had ordered he build was finally finished-he viewed it with a kind of scientific pride-and it only needed the Allspark shard to power it up.

He rubbed his sore servos and picked the item up, then proceeded into the throne room.

"It's finished," he announced, with just a hint of weariness in his tone. He hadn't gotten a lot of recharge time because of the project, and if Megatron so desired not to see him again for a while he'd use the opportunity to take a nice long nap.

UPDATE: New characters from Season 3 added to the list. If I missed anybody, please tell me!

This is the new character list. I will keep it updated, and when Season 3 premieres and new characters are introduced, I will add them accordingly.

This is also the new auditioning post. The old one will not be removed, however, so that it may be used as reference for new members. It may still be found here.

Auditioning for a Character:

Auditioning is simple. Write a short monologue from your chosen character's point of view, no more than two or three paragraphs.
A mod will either approve it, or ask you to work on some things and try again. Once you have been approved, add an icon or two of your character to be used when you post IC (In Character).
You do not need to be an experienced roleplayer to audition! As long as your posts are legible and in character, you will be just fine here. If you are new to roleplaying, please feel free to send your questions through PMs to any of the mods here - we will be glad to help you get started.
A character journal is not required, but you are perfectly free to use one here.
You may take no more than 2 characters, but they must not be from the same list. For example, you may take an Autobot from the Elite Guard list and an Autotbot from the Earth team, or a Decepticon and someone from the Other Robots list, etc.

Edit: Thank you everyone! I apologize for the delay in my posts - I'm still working out some other sub-plots with other players, and working on advertising to get more players. It may get a little hectic around here for a bit, so please bear with me.

Starscream made his way to the outer edges of the city. He itched to fly, but Wasp probably wouldn't have been able to keep up with him in his current alt mode. He'd been making preparations for awhile to relocate to Earth. There was a canyon on this side of the city, putting plenty of distance between himself and Megatron's chosen coal mines. Humans had left a large structure that he assumed had been used for logging, judging by the machienery left behind.

He turned and shot the last few camera bots out of the sky and scanned to make sure none of the authorities were following them. It seemed for the moment the humans had wisely decided to stay out of his way.

"You'll have to choose a new alt mode, Wasp," Starscream said, finally breaking the silence. "The humans aren't quite stupid enough to not notice you and they have an annoying tendency to call for Autobot aid."

Megatron eyed Goldbug's receding back for a moment, before following him. Megatron, however, remained in the main control room, standing in front of the computer monitor. Blitzwing had been gone for a very, very long time.

He adjusted some settings, and called the triplechanger on a private frequency.

"Blitzwing, this is your leader, Megatron. Report back to base at once." As ever, the warlord's voice was a commanding, curt rumble.
