Challenge: WTF pairings
Everyone has their OTP, and it may be a 'common' one - Bee/Sam, Bee/Cade, Cade/Frenzy, you know the drill.

HOWEVER, I PROPOSE A CHALLENGE: Give me a creative work, be it fic or art, involving the movie!characters. Human, Transformer, either or, mix them together if you want - the only requirement is that it hasn't been posted on the comm before. Or, if it has, has a minimal amount of posts - the ones mentioned above aren't allowed, and seriously - the crackier, the better, and bonus points if you can make it work.

It had been about two months since the breakup and things were finally back to normal between the two of them. At Autobot meetings, Sam would not only sit around next to Mikaela and talk to her, he would look her in the eyes when he did. That was nice. She'd missed being friends with him. But now...now she wanted to smack him, because the meeting was over and he was off chatting with Ironhide and Captain Lennox about something, leaving her alone with the other Autobots (all of whom were occupied in conversation) and the only other female member of the affectionately nicknamed Honorary Autobots Brigade. Well, it wasn't as if she was about to sit around for the rest of the evening doing nothing; Mikaela stood up and walked over to the other woman.

"Hi."

"Hmm?" said Maggie, turning to look over her shoulder. "Oh, hi there! How are you?"

"Oh, fine. Mind if I sit here? The boys are all busy talking, so..."

"Oh, no, go ahead," said Maggie, and scooted over to make room on the bench against the wall of the hangar. Mikaela sat down, fingers curled around the edge of the bench, and glanced at the bare wall. "So, you're Mikaela?"

"Huh? Oh, yeah. Sorry." She flashed a smile and tucked some stray hair behind her ear. "And you're Maggie, right?"

"That's me." She grinned at the younger woman and crossed one leg over the other; that was certainly a lovely tan Mikaela had...and really gorgeous eyes...

"So," said Mikaela, after only a moment's pause (because she knew the look Maggie was giving her, oh, she knew it well), "you're here with Optimus Prime, right?"

"Mmhmm," Maggie replied. She craned her neck strategically to glance over at the semi, whom Glen was currently annoying, and cast a gaze back at Mikaela to see her reaction.

Mikaela's reaction, which read rather easily in her eyes, was something along the lines of She has a tattoo on her neck? Ooh, that's hot. I wonder what it says...and the nose ring, that's certainly something...

Maggie smirked, but not too much. "I heard you broke up with Sam recently."

"Not that recently," Mikaela said distractedly. "A few months ago."

"I see." Maggie leaned forward a little, elbow on her knee and chin on her hand. "Why was that?"

"Hmm? Oh." Mikaela pulled her hair back away from her face and shook it out (that one got 'em every time). "He was kind of interested in someone else."

"That's hard to believe," Maggie murmured.

"Besides," Mikaela continued, pretending to ignore that remark, "he wasn't really my type."

Maggie smiled, tilting her head just so. "And what is your type?"

"I like blondes." It was an offhand remark, but it sealed the deal. Maggie stood up and stretched her arms above her head.

"Would you like to go out for coffee before the next meeting?" she offered. "I could pick you up."

"That'd be nice," Mikaela said brightly. Very nice indeed.
