AboutInadvertant chemical exposure, defective genes, too much alcohol in the blood surrogate, or just plain bad luck; all can contribute to what are termed congenetial malformations. Additionally, issues related to oxygen deficiency or other fetal insult/birth traumas can have permanent effects on these individuals.
Topics here are not limited to just the fatal, grotesque and horrific incidents, but to the milder ones, and even the fascinating and for-all-intents-normal births (as with the Hensel twins).
