2:02 pm [cruciel]	Attn: Syndicate Group ‘Tenth Circle’ for Manifest 2006 (22nd-24th September) Hey everyone, I’m aware that a few of us already have a different cosplay in mind/plan/making, so consider this a “suggestion” for those who haven’t got a cosplay plan as yet. It’s important that we get a confirmation of numbers by FRIDAY, 4TH AUGUST. This means that 1) you have chosen a character to cosplay from the list below and 2) genuinely committed to playing this character at manifest (etc.etc.) icefalcon and I are still working out the budget details, so we’ll definitely keep you updated on that part.
