Sorry to be a bother, but I'm running out of ideas and options. I've noticed that since the Heavy update a few weeks ago, TF2 is... choppy. This applies to none of my other games- all run fine. The character models move at around two frames per second, making it nigh on unplayable. This isn't a hardware issue, as noted- I usually run everything on medium, and notice an identical problem when putting everything on minimum, or even using tweaks to get the game running on older machines, but the problem remains. I've spent about four or five hours trying different fixes, to no avail. It isn't a lag issue either- it's on every server, yet, again, everything else I play works normally with no problems at all. Have any of you experienced a similar problem, or have any idea what could be done?
Regards,
-S. |

[Jan. 24th, 2008|02:55 pm] |
We are hanging steady on page five of the iTunes featured "Games and Hobbies" podcasts. We are scratching and crawling our way up the "Video Games" features, but we can't quite seem to get that one step up to bring us to page three... We've been top of page four for two weeks, and I just keep hoping.
Thank you for your support, and I hope you enjoy this week's rather verbose show... heh |

| Control Point: Episode 12 |
[Jan. 9th, 2008|10:52 am] |
We finally got moved out of our #1 slot in "New and Notable" in the "Games & Entertainment" section of iTunes. We're on page four of the "Video Games" podcasts, but that's not as low as one might think. We're ahead of a lot of really serious podcasts: Gaming Steve, 1up Radio, & PC Gamer Video Podcast... I think that's pretty impressive. |
