1. The team is democratic. Any new rules and rule changes may be voted on.


2. Membership does not imply participation in an event. Members may choose to play in whichever events they wish, and may even participate independantly from the team in a team event. Participation in a team event will only be considered if the participant specifies that they are participating before the event begins.


3. If a member participating in an event makes it in the money, their profit is determined by subtracting the buy-in for the event from the prize. The profit is then split 50/50 with the team.


4. In a rebuy event the profit is considered to be the prize minus the cost of the buyin plus 4 rebuys (or 3 rebuys and the addon). For example, in a $3+.30 rebuy event, the profit would be the prize minus $15.30. Participants may rebuy more than the specified number, but they pay for those rebuys out of their own pocket. Participants are expected to take an immediate rebuy when the tournament begins.


5. Any team member may organize an event. The event organizer is responsible for collecting the pool money from each participant, keeping track of who's participating, and dividing the pool among participants.


6. Upon completion of a Team DP event, the portion of your winnings that are to be paid to the pool must be transferred to the event organizer within a day of the event. The event organizer will then redistribute the funds equally to all participants.


7. Any of these rules may be altered or amended on a per-event basis. An event organizer that wishes to alter or amend these rules must make the new rules very clear in the event announcement. Participants are responsible for understanding all rules before entering an event.
