Any sort of school employee, parent etc is invited to become a member, but all entries should be written from the perspective of an aide. If anyone wants to contact me, affiliate with this community, or suggest new interests/userpics etc (which I would love to happen), please comment in the introductory post or send me a p.m. very important: Confidentiality is very important in our profession.
