AboutThis community is for teachers of any grade, subject, and level to talk about anything pertaining to looking for/finding a job. This is not a commmunity for teaching tips, as there are plenty of very good communities for that (however there are exceptions, such as if you have to teach a lesson for an interview). Here are some ideas of questions/topics/ideas that you might want to ask/discuss although are certainly not limited to:
1) Interview questions
2) Resume questions
3) Certification questions
4) Teacher Fair questions
5) Questions pertaining to specific grade levels/subjects (ex: 4th, phys. ed, AIS, etc.)
6) Questions pertaining to different kinds of schools (public, private, charter, Montessori, etc.)
7) Contract questions
8) Relocation questions about different cities/towns
9) You just got a job and have tips/advice for teachers looking for a job
I know there are plenty of teachers out there looking for jobs (including myself) and thought it would be nice if we could have a more specific community in which to discuss our questions and/or concerns.

FYI, I do read EVERY SINGLE post in this community and EVERY SINGLE comment. Obviously, I have the power to delete any post or comment that I deem inappropriate or rude. Also, if anyone writes a rude/inappropriate post or comment in regards to someone else in this community from the point of a real username, they will be banned.
