What you see here is a great endeavor, an endeavor to bring this small community even closer together by informing the fans of web wide fandom news, fiction, art, and vids concerning the Heartless Mercenary and the Crazy Genius.
This idea was started by lady_cleo2001(who then dragged taramonk into her endeavor) based on the pretense that she didn't have time to search through all the Rayne outlets for good fics and art. (And possible because she just likes to feel important!)
More often then not there are brilliant items that get passed by due to timing or circumstances; this is an attempt to give fans a chance to peruse what they might have missed during the week.
WHEN
Wenseday and Sunday nights all the links for the previous week will be posted.
If the Rayne community continues growing so superbly, we will advance the posting to a more frequent schedule of Mon, Wed, and Fri.

All submissions will be posted at the conclusion of the contest.
