Oh geez, they know!
I don't know who caught this, but at the end of the Daily Show last night, Stephen was talking to Jon about ending the "us" between them. XD He was talking about blogs he read about Jon/Stephen. Colbert was just like, "I can't be seen with an association with you anymore." I think I started crying from laughing so much.

When I watched that toss at first the only thing in my mind was:
HOLY CRAP IS STEPHEN REFERRING TO SLASH?!!!!

Alas, he then bailed on us with an "I renounce you as my pastor" twist.

But the beginning was worth every second. Stephen speaking Yiddish was completely unnecessary icing on a delicious it's-not-slash-honestly cake.

It's seems that they don't have a problem with slash about them, otherwise they wouldn't mention it in their shows. Maybe they aren't thrilled, but obviously they can live with that.

Hey... they started it. Going back over these last few months and watching Stephen's pieces from 1999... There was innuendo about Jon and him in just about everything.

Really?! Haha, bless him. It'd freak me out too if I found slash, or any, fic about me... But that will never make me guilty enough to stop reading it!

That toss was amazing. I have blocked the second half of it from my mind and am choosing to only remember the beginning!

I'm willing to bet there is a spy from at least one of the shows that combs LJ. They are definitely checking the colboards frequently, as they own them and there have been numerous coincidental happenings b/n the boards and the show since the writers got back from the strike.

Since Stephen called Stephen/Jon "Colbewart", does that mean it's canon? Or does it only apply in scenarios where Jon is Stephen's pastor?

Oh my god I just noticed your LJ name! Sekhmet - the Egyptian cat goddess of death and destruction. Sekhmet is what I named my cat, and this is the first time I've seen anyone other than myself even use the word. You totally rock!
