Hey~ (I haven't been to this group in a while, I hope it's still active...)

I'm doing a presentation in my (English) poetry class about song lyrics. Since I mostly listen to Japanese music, I chose Fake?'s Pristine, since it's in English, and has great lyrics.

I'd like to know what (other) people think about what the songs lyrics are about. The theme of the song, or what it makes you feel.

Any sites with info would be good too.. the places I've been don't talk ABOUT the music.. just the band.

It was one of these days... when I found out about my video editing program's capping abilities that left me with a lot of goodness from fake?'s Stepping Stone DVD and a bunch of icon bases to share ;D



Some are good, some are awful, the rest's somewhere in between. More teasers and links to the specific entries can be found behind the cut! (I figured that would be easier than posting a billion entries and icons right in here?)

This involves the whole band (and may I note that certain support kids would need a lot more icon love?), so I hope that there's something for everybody to snag. The bases are mostly left unedited, so you may change them to your liking to make some really pretty icons out of them (hint hint).

Still untitled but currently scheduled to release on August 27th. This is probably the two songs he talked about because the price range is about $7 for it on CDJAPAN

I'm usually really lazy when it comes to making wallpapers but I just felt like making one of Ken cause I'm stupidly obsessed with him right now. -_____-;;

Rushing through as usual, work to be had, reports to finish up, events to prepare for... may post up some more on this when time loves me again. we've been fighting you know


Anyway, there have been several places that have talked about the hide Memorial Live and did a few reviews etc, but I wanted to post about this site because it does really nice reviews about lives etc.

If you haven't been to Music Japan Plus before, they are an English written site located in Japan and have a nice review of hide's Memorial Live with Oblivion Dust excerpts and all the other bands that performed. (Please check out J and get a lolz at his outfit and his "Ino hat".)

2 things:

1) KAZxHYDE going to start a new project called "VAMPS" with a long tour in japan from august 1 to october 28, inclusive they have their own MYSPACE http://www.myspace.com/vampsofficial ....I guess OD has dateline.

2)HYDE said he hasn't found drummer yet for the new project...everybody know FURUTON was his drummer and now he said that... Furuton not be in OD or with HYDE or some band in japan (until where i know) and his web hasnt been updated since 2006...I wonder WTF? Might he is sick or retired? Does anybody konw? PLEASE
