Welcome to Take This Job, a community where members can bitch freely about all aspects of their job. Even if you love your job but hate a certain part of it, you're welcome to complain here.
Many entries will likely be members-only locked so don't let an "empty" page dissuade you from joining
We all deal with enough rules at the jobs we hate so here are some suggestions, Why don't you go ahead and read them:
1. CHANGE NAMES! Change the names of any bosses, colleagues and companies. This is important because even though you hate your job, you don't want to actually get fired do you? No you don't so DO IT. Also, when you change the names, please stay away from referring to people as "H" and "C" or other letters and numbers because it makes stories hard to follow.
2. Give a brief, layman's description of what you do before you launch into your tale of woe. If you build thingama-gadgets for whattya-call-'ums try to explain it simple terms so the rest of us dumb-asses can follow along.
3. You should probably member lock your entries for added security.
4. You may curse. A whole fuck of a lot. Especially when referring to the co-worker who doesn't know how to put her phone on vibrate and receives text messages every 3 seconds.
5. Be nice. Or as nice as you can be to the other members. If you feel that they really deserved that ass-reaming from their evil boss, it's OK to state your opinion. However, saying "you're a fucking retard, I hope you get fired and your whole family ends up homeless" just makes you the asshole. People come here to vent and get support.
