	Probably. Some of my childhood friends are into film production, and are working on some short films...appearently it's illegal to film in public without a permit (unless it's just a personal video, of course, since those don't involve acting/staging). That's why I wasn't overly impressed by the video - if they'd had a permit, the police probably wouldn't have shown up. (Reply to this) (Parent)
