Why Synch/Anise? Not as canon as other pairings, there were a few small hints (scenes, dialogues, and skits - mainly Anise/Synch or vis versa however one sees it) in the game of the two. Since there are some fans of this pairing, we decided to make a community! [and hopefully get others to like it too 8D ♥].

Synch~ Synch is one of the Rokujinshou, or the six God-Generals, and is the fifth replica of the original Fon Master Ion. His name was taken from the word "synchron", which he was repeating when he was found on Mt. Zaleho by Van Grants. When you first encounter him, Synch is wearing a mask that hides his face; when his face is revealed, it is noted by the party members that Synch looks like Ion (who is, in reality, the seventh replica of the original). Synch seems to hate humanity and the fact that he was rescued by Van; he often refers to himself (and other replicas) as "trash" and comments that "in the end, only those of us who are useful are kept alive out of pity." Like all of the God-Generals (with the exception of Dist), Synch is eventually killed at the end.

Anise~ Anise is the guardian of the Fon Master. A bright and cheerful girl, but can sometimes show a darker, almost scary side when provoked, hiding her emotions when she's suffering. At first she seeks to marry into money, conspiring to become Luke's wife since they've met. Later in the game it is revealed that Anise is acually a spy working for Mohs, unwilling though; reporting every action the party took to Mohs, enabling the God-Generals to continuously track the party. She is forced to betray the party to save her parents for they were held hostage. Anise feels guilty of Ion's death and the duel with Arietta. They do not blame her actions and welcomes her back to their ranks.
