Every week I will post a cap or caps, sometimes a theme (such as Syd with blonde hair) to make icons out of. At the end of the week you will vote for the ones you like best.
• The only thing you have to do to participate in the challenges is join the community. No sign up posts or anything, just simply click where it says join this community and participate when ever you want. • No animation allowed. This is a stillness community. • Brushes, textures, text, etc. are welcome. • You are usually allowed to submit up to FIVE (5) icons. This may change though depending on the challenges, so make sure you always read the challenge post. • Icon(s) submitted must fit LJ standards. This means no bigger than 40kb and 100X100. • You must use the pictures provided for each challenge, unless stated otherwise. • DO NOT ask anyone for help in making your icon(s). • DO NOT steal anyone else's icon of a similar cap. | • All the entries must remain anonymous until the end of the voting. This means that you cannot post your entries anywhere else until winners are announced. All entries will be screened. • If you'd like to use one of the entries as lj userpic, wait for the winners to be announced and ask who's the maker. Be sure to give him/her full credit. • DO NOT vote for yourself, it's very hard to be unbiased against yourself, most people can't do it. • DO NOT ask anybody to vote for you. • You DO NOT have to participate in the challenge or be a member to vote. HOWEVER anonymous votes will NOT be counted to ensure that no one votes for themself. • If you participate in the challenge you don't have to vote although I'd appreciate it if you did. • Vote fairly. • You will USUALLY vote for your top 3 favorite icons but this may change depending on the # of entries. • Rules are subject to change so be sure to read the ENTIRE voting and challenge posts. • Be creative and HAVE FUN! :D
