Reminder: The first deadline for the last auction passed yesterday and goodies that haven't been flagged as done have been added to the list. Which has increased it by ~100. I like to think that there haven't been a 100 defaults, so please check THE LIST and if an entry shouldn't be on there let me know :)

Pinch hits are upish.

If you're logged in and go along to http://www.sweet-charity.net/substitutes/list-defaults you'll see the list of those who've been defaulted on. For the next 24 hours, pinch hits cannot be claimed while those on the list take the opportunity to update their notes with what they're after or remove themselves from it if they're listed in error or don't want a pinch hit. Also, if you're not on there and should be let me know!

About this time tomorrow, I'll open up the claiming part and we'll see how we go for a week. After that, I'll open the sign ups for those willing to be pinch hitters that bidders can approach.

It's uncanny, as soon as I give a date I'll have something done the universe mocks me - sorry. We're back to "this month" for the pinch hitters. Which at least is a short period of time and it does give people a chance to check and make sure they should or shouldn't be on the list :)

The pinch-hitter area will be going up this weekend, but we have to do some housekeeping first or people may end up on the list who shouldn't be ( or may not when they should :) ).

I have a LIST (like in the Mikado, but less singing) with those bidders who need pinch hits. I've cleared out a couple I know were actually made good on and no one flagged it, but I'm pretty sure there are others.

So! If you have a couple minutes, please just check THE LIST. If you're not on there and should be, let me know! If you're on there and shouldn't be, let me know! (Or, better, get the bidding code and go flag the goodie as made. If doesn't actually have to have been made to do that - if bidder and tart renegotiated a fifteen year deadline or something that's absolutely okay, just let the site know by going to that link and entering the code and it will remove the goodie from the pinch-hit list.)

I've had an email about this before when people were signing up, so to repeat and just to be sure: If you're on the list but shouldn't be, it's because you or your bidder never flagged the goodie complete so the system thinks you haven't done it. You're not being insulted, I swear ;)

I've sat here for ten minutes trying to find the words, failing that the adjectives. I can't, they're not there. I'm pretty sure the numbers speak for themselves.

As you can see, we have just a six more donations to come in (yay!) and then I'll be making the formal totals announcement (and probably succumbing to allergies. Yes. ALLERGIES. *shifty eyes*). The last donation is hopefully coming in on the 14th :)

The Flaunt It and Pinch Hitter areas will be back this month. I'm sorry I can't be more specific than that, work is interfering as ever.

We're on our last day before most of the first donation periods and I'm sending around reminders (there's ~60, this may take a while *g*). A couple of donations are on an extension. I should be able to actually come up with a list once I've had all in :)

Tarts whos original winners don't Pony Up, notifications will go out to the next highest bidder the day after the deadline has passed.

If you come into either category, deadlines as far as SC is concerned are pushed on - agreements between Tart and bidder as always supersedes that.
