GENERAL RULES
+ There is a difference between being a swank bitch and being racist, sexist, homophobic, etc. That type of thing just isn't tolerated here. It gets your sorry ass banned.
+ LiveJournal's TOS is no joke. Therefore, it should not be treated as such, and must be abided by in this community AND when applying.
+ Absolutely no nude pictures, there are members in this community who are under 18. "Racy" or "Sexy" pictures are fine. Just use good judgement when posting pictures.
+ Do not harrass me (

___hotboxrobot, the maintainer) or any other member, in our personal journals. If there is a problem within the community, any of our personal journals is not the place to address it. But, this is. Leave a comment if you have a problem.

RULES FOR NEW APPLICANTS
+ Both girls and guys can apply.
+ You must be 14 or older to apply here!
+ If it takes you 24 hours to fill out an application, you're a moron. Apply as soon as you join.
+ Use the pre-formatted application. Don't use Rich Text, and don't try to make it all pretty. Leave it as is.
+ The subject of your application must read, "I'm swank, bitch!" NOT "I'm swank bitches!" or "I'm a swant bitch" Yes...we have actually had that.
+ Answer, "Anything else?" with, "Your mom!"
+ The only things you may go back and change in your application, if necessary are: the subject, the LJ-cut, or typos. Otherwise, don't go back and try to make your application "better." When filling out the application, check and double check it before posting it.
+ You will be stamped as accepted or rejected after one week. If, after a few days you haven't been stamped, just leave a comment in the applications entry. We'll stamp you as soon as we get to it.
+ To be accepted, you need more than half "YES" votes. In addition, you must follow ALL the rules (i.e. entitle the subject and LJ-cut correctly and promote to two places.)
+ PLEASE PROMOTE TO ACTIVE COMMUNITIES. We want more members, so please refrain from promoting to some shit promo community.
+ If you're accepted, KUDOS TO YOU! If you're rejected, JUST LEAVE; you may not reapply. More times than not, people who are rejected once will be rejected the second time around.
+ Don't reply to every vote saying, "Thank you." That's annoying.
+ You may bitch out stamped members, but only if you've felt totally 'fucked with'. But, be warned, this is done at MY discretion. Don't just start a fight because somebody thinks you're ugly...that will get your ass banned.
+ If you can't handle being "put down" or rejected, then don't apply. That's pretty obvious, but apparently, it needs to be said. If you cry when someone calls you "ugly" or "stupid," this place is definitely not for you. We are harsh.
+ If you delete your application, you'll be banned and laughed at. Why? See the rule above.
+ If you post fake pictures, you'll be banned. Posting fake pictures is just idiotic. Just because you aren't pretty, doesn't mean you can pretend you're someone who is. We have added a MANDATORY salute (a pic of you holding a sign that says "swank bitches owns my world") to the application.
+ Don't vote on applications, post entries, or promote your community until you have been accepted and stamped!

RULES FOR STAMPED MEMBERS
+ BE ACTIVE!!! Don't join and not participate. I do member cuts just to be sure.
+ Vote on BOTH looks and the application. I don't want to see "You're cute" as the entire vote. READ their opinion questions, that's what they are there for.
+ When voting, please put "Yes," "No," or "Undecided" in the subject line.
+ If "Undecided," make sure to vote "Yes," or "No" before the applicant is stamped, or your vote won't count.
+ Give a reason for your vote.
+ Don't sugarcoat when voting. The name of this community is swank BITCHES.
+ As a member, you MAY promote. But, to avoid promoting shit communities every day, you are limited to 1 promo every week.
+ All posts must have "STAMPED" in the subject line. In addition, put what the post is in the subject. For example: a picture post should have the word "STAMPED" and the word "PICTURES" in the subject; a post saying you have changed your username should have the word "STAMPED" and "NEW USERNAME" in the subject line; a post promoting a community should have the word "STAMPED" and "PROMO" in the subject line, and so on.
+ We all basically get along with fellow swank bitches...but if there is someone in the community you have a problem with. Tell them.
+ Post pretty much whatever you want. That means pictures, rants, "add me" posts, new bf/gf, anything and everything! We'll listen.
+ Are you going to be on Hiatus, or inactive? Just for a few days? Post it. Put in the subject title: "STAMPED: HIATUS". I will do member-cuts every so often, if you post you won't get removed off the memberlist.

Lastly, we are swank bitches that doesn't mean nice and it doesn't mean ugly...but as intelligent beautiful women and men we don't go picking fights with applicants. We accept all different people, but, you fuck with us, and we'll fuck with you hxc...and in the end you'll still be ugly. har har har. ♥
