This is an award community for Star Wars Icons where you can nominate your icons and icons by others. This was inspired by communities like [info]hp_awards, and [info]lost_awards.

  • Nominating

1. All icons must be some way related to the Star Wars Fandom.
2. There are 11 categories and one special category that changes each week.
3. For every icon that you nominate of your own you must nominate one by someone else, but you can only nominate three icons by one icon maker.
4. All icons nominated must fit LJ size requirements. (Under 40KB and 100x100 pixels or smaller).
5. Icons that have been nominated are not available for sharing without permission from the creator.
6. If you choose to nominate an icon in more than one category, it counts as more than one nomination. Also, if you choose to add more than one icon in one category, it again counts as two noms.
7. You may only nominate up to 20 icons per week. The reason for this is to have more categories, but not be overwhelmed with nominations.
8. When posting nominations you must put the username of the maker next to each icon.
9. To increase awareness about what icons have been nominated, and which one's haven't, please do NOT use an LJ-cut, and refer to "The Rebel Base."
10. Just so everybody knows- when nominating textless icons, small text counts as text even if you can't read it. :)



  • Voting

1. At the end of the two week period there will be a post for voting, which will contain a cut subjected "Fear leads to..." Please fill out the form in that post to vote.
2. Do not vote for your own icon.

Voting: Saturday - Sunday Evening
Winners Announced: Monday
