Not quite. I'm pretty mad at myself for not writing anything for the 100 quotes challenge. Alas, I'm in a slump and in the middle of one of the most stressful two months of my life. Not that you care. Anyway, thanks to for her entries.
Now, even though it's been a while, here's a new challenge: Bennefit of the doubt. Love it. Hug it. Squeeze it. Call it George. Whatever. Go forth and drabble it. |

| Challenge change |
[Aug. 7th, 2006|01:57 pm] |
Hello out there? Let's just see if we get any nibbles with this one. It's a little different. I'll call it AFI 100 Quotes Challenge. At this website http://www.afi.com/tvevents/100years/quotes.aspx is a list of the top 100 quotes from American movies over the last 100 years (as of a year or two ago and as decided by the American Film Institute). Use one of the quotes in your drabble or there is also a link to all 400 nominated quotes and you can use one of those quotes. Words from the quote don't count against your word count. Give it a whirl. This will be up for two weeks. |

| New Challenge |
[Jul. 24th, 2006|09:34 am] |
Two weeks already. The summer doldrums... Anyway, thanks to jellybean2662 and newbie_2u for their entries. This weeks (2 week) challenge is: The Midas Touch. No, you youngins that doesn't mean the brake job company (though if you want to write a drabble about that, it wouldn't be out of bounds). This is about the ability to turn anything gold (or generally good) with a touch. Or, just make it about the sense of touch. Or go where you want with this challenge. Just go forth with it. :) |
