Damn it's taken forever to get back to this. My writing time has been horrible lately and while I knew what I wanted to have happen in this one I didn't get to write this until today. >.> Darn that RL thing! Anyway, I hope everyone enjoys this on. Oliver Queen does put in an appearance but hopefully he won't upset too many people because he's not a bad guy here. People who like the comics will enjoy some of the people I've thrown into this chapter. I had fun with populating the meeting Clark attends. *grin*

Spoilers: None. Severely incredibly AU. Set in an AU that combines Smallville with Batman Begins, with cameos by SG1, all in a political system that is ruled by an emperor with the 'lords' being called 'Dominus' as it's a holdover from Roman times.
Summary: Clark goes off to a Dominus meeting at House Wayne with Lex in attendance. While there he meets some interesting people and manages to make some new friends, as well as offending a few people who needed to be offended.
