Did I miss something? Is Cassie actually pregnant in the film?

Otherwise, taking 44, still debating 37. Cause Mace makes my pants feel funny XD Mechanics are hot. This is a basic truth of the universe.

Cassie is not pregnant in the film but she was pregnant and had an abortion before she left for the mission. This was stated in her backstory... which I quote:

"She has no primary partner, and, as with all the crew, she has no children. However, four months before the mission left Earth Orbit, Cassie became pregnant. The identity of the father was known only to her: he was never aware that Cassie was briefly carrying his child.

She terminated the pregnancy after six weeks."

There are some speculation that the father of the baby may be someone in the Icarus II crew (especially in Sunshine Fan Forum) since they must have been in training during the pregnancy. Being a Massie shipper, some of the icons I made is based on my speculation that Mace is the father of the baby. Here's an interesting video that Chero made.
