I've made some videos showing my fandom for these two, using some of the fab screencaps from the site... don't worry I've accredited them to here! Hope this is alright!

I'm 3/4 through the new D&P novel, 'A Cure For All Diseases', which is wonderful. Anyone else reading it? It's set after The Death of Dalziel, which I hear they're supposed to be filming. This new one would be good to film too :-) Some lovely Pete/Andy scenes :-)

Not sure if there's anything past that, the BBC website hasn't even got a date on it yet! I'm relying on the Radio Times and I can't go any further into the future. The summary for Project Aphrodite is making me nervous -- my computer is being a pain and it won't let me copy it over here, but it's on the RT website. I love Alison Graham, though, she takes the same attitude that I do to plots: well, something like that, anyway, now what's going on with Andy and Peter?

ETA: Also, Series 3 is out on DVD on August 28th.

Demons On Our Shoulders was fabulous - mad as a hatter and filmed at the same baths as LoM perhaps...?
Obviously written by one of the Andy-and-Peter-in-conflict writers as opposed to the Andy-and-Peter-in-love writers, but still they have no sense of personal space between them and they're as in sync as always once they don't think about it.

I've been spoilt by Life On Mars and the gorgeous, physical, instense relationship between Sam and Gene. Still Andy and Peter remind me of them - they'd all get on I'm sure of it :-)

D&P disappeared from the BBC Drama homepage a couple of days ago, and I assumed that it was because there are new crime dramas starting sooner than they plan to show the new series, but it prompted me to email them and ask when that might be, exactly.

"There are no plans for a new series of this show at present..."

*dies quietly*

Reginald Hill's new Dalziel and Pascoe novel, The Death of Dalziel arrived this morning, and even through at lunchtime an old friend called, said he was in Brizzel and could he come round for a coffee and a chat (which was LOVELY - hadn't seen him for ages and hadn't seen him to really chat too for more ages!), I finished reading the novel this evening!

D&P back on Sunday!! :-) *very* excited :-)

Play are *finally* taking orders for Dalziel and Pascoe on DVD, first three eps due out in September.

I sort of feel the urge to write fic with this episode, not because it inspired me even a little bit but because I feel like it needs to be fixed. I'll see whether that happens. God knows where I'd go with it. I also feel the urge to go off and read elfinessy's Season 9 fic and wallow.
