Hi guys.  We've now set up tags for every single author/artist signed up for summer_of_giles so you shouldn't have any problems tagging your posts.  Please help your mods out by tagging! 

To clarify, for tags, each post should have at least 4 tags.  If you're not clear on how to tag posts, please take a look below the cut as we've made a screenshot tutorial for you.

Tags for fic:
1) choose either - fic type:  drabble OR fic type: stand alone OR fic type: multi-part
2) choose either - fic type: gen OR fic type: het OR fic type: slash
3)  if your fic is a crossover, also choose - fic type: crossover
4) choose your pairing OR giles only (for gen). 
5) choose your z_creator tag

For example, one of EB!'s fic posts has the following tags:
fic type: slash, fic type: stand alone, giles/xander, z_creator: elizabuffy

Tags for graphics:
1) choose either - art: banner OR art: fanmix OR art: icons OR art: layout OR art: manip OR art: mood theme OR art: vid OR art: wallpaper
2) choose either - art rating: nsfw OR art rating: worksafe
3) choose the pairings OR giles only
4) choose your z_creator tag

Also, we've just finished getting all of the 2007 entries into the memories!  Now we're working on 2008!

While working on this project, we realized it would really help us out if you could use the same style for the subject of each entry (since that's what LJ automatically creates a memory out of).  Going forward, if y'all could please use the following type of format:

[ type: fic or art ] [ Title of fic or title of artwork post ] [ pairing, rating, # of parts] [ by YOUR NAME ]

For example: 
1) Fic: Reckless (core four, FRAO, 1/3) by drsquidlove
