AboutThis is a Suikoden community for yaoi fans to share and discuss anything relating to Suikoden.
Discussions can include: insane ramblings, fanfiction, fanart, quizzes, chat logs, questions, roleplay, cosplay, gameplay help, music soundtracks, favorite characters, theories, yaoi pairings, yuri pairings, hentai, spoilers on upcoming games, and pretty much anything else. Any kind of Suikoden discussion is acceptable...even if it has nothing to do with yaoi. This community exists because it is nearly impossible to find a Suikoden message board that can tolerate the types of discussions the typical (read:imbalanced) yaoi fangirl or fanboy will bring up...and we need a place to rant, dammit.
For example:
If you wanted to discuss how much of an overt and obvious homosexual Snowe Vingerhut is, and how he totally started out as the "top" in his sexual relationship with Lazlo but by the end of Suikoden 4 was demoted to "bottom", and you don't want to hear "snow not teh fagz omfgbbq!!!!11!!!one!!" ...then this is your place.
I know I'm not the only one that gets annoyed when any mention of yaoi at a message board is greeted with angry comments from posters and a warning from a moderator. The amount of Suikoden yaoi on the Internet is staggering; Suikoden has a massive yaoi following that cannot be ignored. This place can serve any Suikoden-related purpose you want it to, really, but it also serves as a yaoi outlet.
Just remember to use LJ-cut when posting any spoilers for upcoming games. Or if you make a very long entry. Or if you decide to post any blantantly pornographic yaoi pictures. Or if a picture is too large.
As for my moderation habits...I haven't had to mod anything yet, and I don't see it happening any time soon. I hate censoring people. I guess you could say the only community rule is...don't piss me off.
