About
This community is for people who are in some way gender varient, trans, genderqueer, or don't fit into traditional gender, and who's gender presentation may at times appear to match the gender they were assigned at birth. So for example, trans drag performers, femme as genderqueer, bio-queens and bio kings, feminine FTMs and masculine MTFs, genderqueers who's presentation looks like their assigned gender yet is subtly different.
A note about terminology: The words I use to describe myself may not be the words others use to describe themselves, even if we are talking about the same thing. No one has to identify with any specific words in order to participate in this community, and if you are struggling to find any words that fit your experience, there is a good chance that this is a good community for you.
Membership in this community is not policed in any way due to your identity. If you feel these are issues you want to talk about feel free to join. This community has minimal moderation (only screening comments from non-members), and no specific ground rules. Just try to be nice, civil, speak from personal experience (I statements), etc, and hopefully I won't have to do any additional moderation.
