[info]schlake is taking bread too seriously in [info]cooking. Also, he doesn't like canned stock. However, canned haggis is a-okay, but potatoes are New World food.

oh FFS, I wish I were a member so I could get away with posting. Yes, there's a French law that says baguettes may only contain flour, water, salt, and yeast (ascorbic acid may also be added for dough conditioning). However, it is perfectly legal to make other types of bread which contain other ingredients.
