does anybody know how to install a new theme on windows xp? 

i want to have a different color tool bar than what they provide so i found a site, downloaded a theme and when i went to right click > properties > themes and selected the Browse option, i found the folder of the theme but there wasn't anything in there so i dont know what do to.
