1. Create a new Selective Color Layer & use these settings:

REDS
C:-100
Y:-100

2. Create a new Color Fill layer with #030629 & set to EXCLUSION @ 100%.

3. Create another Selective Color layer & use these settings:

REDS
C:-100
Y:+100

NEUTRALS
C:-10
M:-20
Y:-50
B:+25

4. Create a new Curves layer & use these settings:

RGB
O:101, I:89

5. Create a new Color Fill layer with #d0eff1. Set to DARKEN @ 100%.

6. Duplicate that layer & set to MULTIPLY @ 100%.

7. Duplicate the base & drag to the top. Desaturate (CTRL+SHIFT+U) & set to LUMINOSITY @ 100%.

8. Create a new Hue/Saturation layer & use these settings:

MASTER
Saturation: +23

BLUES
Saturation: -21

9. Create another Selective Color layer & use these settings:

REDS
C:-34
M:+2
Y:+40

BLUES
C:+22
M:-23
Y:+62
