Thanks to those enterprising souls hawking these bad boys in L.A. last year, I bring to you the fully realized instructions for making your very Foam Kiddie Lightsabers, without spending $10-15 a piece for them.

These were actually made for the Saber Academy at D*Con. Those are all being shipped out next week. As soon as I can find a box. :D

Totally making one for my daughter's 3rd birthday this summer! What a perfect idea! We already have a bunch of Star Wars stuff we've been hording so this birthday she's getting the loot! :)

Awesome. I am so making some of those for my kids and friends. Foam noodles hurt much less than those plastic lightsabers.
