It will still be dedicated to the Muse, but be more particular to the Pagan, Wiccan, Heathen, and Craft authors and publishers here in Minnesota (though any in the surrounding states can join, as well...so come on, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, in fact the whole Upper Midwest if you like). Please join and post what your previous published work has been, what you are working on now, any information regarding publishers (books, magazines and so on) that you think other writers will find of interest. If you have a work looking for a home, perhaps someone here will have an idea of where to send it. If you need to know where to go for research, just go ahead and ask and maybe someone will have some good advice. Events, rituals you're doing or attending or have attended, books you would recommend, conventions or pagan gatherings you've gone to or wonder if you should go to... The name of this community comes from the fact that this whole region of the Mississippi River valley, which includes the Twin Cities, was named by the French explorers...L'etoile du Nord, or "the Star of the North." The North Star is a guide and it shows us the way to the Gods, to Mystery, to the creative source. It is the nexus, the pole star, the center point, and a doorway to Beyond. We, as writers, are pledged to the Muse to bring wonders, new insights and ideas, and necessary information into the world through the medium of our art.
