It seems DAIGO will make an appearance in the movie Kimi ga Odoru, Natsu starring Mizobata Junpei and Kinami Haruka. This info came from DAIGO's blog, so there are no news of what role he will be playing yet. Interestingly, Mizobata Junpei's character for this movie is named "Shinpei". Summary is as follows:
Actor Junpei Mizobata (20) is starring in a new movie by director Hideyuki Katsuki, titled "Kimi ga Odoru, Natsu." The film's female lead will be played by actress Haruka Kinami (24).
The story revolves around the Yosakoi (a style of dance) festival in the Kochi prefecture. Mizobata plays Shinpei, a young man who moves to Tokyo aiming to become a photographer. His ex-girlfriend Kaori (Kinami), left behind in their hometown, learns that her younger sister Sakura (Ayane Omori) has fallen ill with an incurable disease. Sakura's dream is to dance in the Yosakoi festival before her death, and Shinpei ends up having to make a choice between his dreams and his love.
Filming starts later this year. The movie is expected to open in theaters in autumn 2010. (Source: Tokyograph)

Eiki Eiki released an "essay manga" today (June 1) featuring stories about her family, DAIGO, and their grandfather. For those who are interested to buy, I've only seen it on bk1 so far.

Highlights: This episode includes pictures and stories from DAIGO's childhood, messages from friends (including one from JZEIL's HIROSHI),a video of DAIGO in high school, plus DAIGO with his mum and grandmum talking about an ex-girlfriend. They show parts of the grandmum's house too.
