Sorry for all the downtime, folks.  A shift change has affected everything, and most of my time has been devoted to adjusting to it.  It's been hell just trying to get a ride to work...

I'm not going to push my luck this week.  I'll try again next week.  I need to catch up to alot of things but right now... ugh...

Real life has hit me hard like a lemon slice wrapped around a gold brick, so I need to drop work on Stalag '99 until I and my sister can smooth things out.

With Mom's pain scare, CES, MacWorld expo, and enough nuttyness in my neck of the woods, I'm canceling this week for Stalag '99.  Expect last Friday's comic up soon.

253 comics in the can, though.  47 until a new book gets released, or roughly 16 weeks.  Time to check my scripts.

Folks, I have the idea but the Nov 2nd strip is going to be delayed.  Allergies just hit me hard the past few days and I had just the energy to draw and ink the strip (as well as a backup sketch)... and write this...

What is the average breast size of Canmephia?

That's... rather ill defined.  There are many ways of measuring, and the results will inevitablly be skewed.

If you said "What is the average, uninflated breast size?" I can safely reply "A virtual D cup for Default-based furs, C for Nali-based, and H's for any Nurses no matter if they're Nali or not.  Oh, those are for the WolfSkunks.  Drygers seem to average C cups across the board.  It's safe to say the average universe-wide is E-cups."

If you wanted inflation to be added, well, it goes past "ZZ" and is heavily skewed due to Observer's tendency to be rather huge.

Okay, folks.  It looks like I have to break again.  First, the CG server move is going to take up my time.  Second, it's close to Anthrocon.  I doubt I'll be able to crank out the strips in that time.  So I'm going to declare another short hiatus until the July 11th. 

Stalag '99, once again, is on hold.  This time, it's not exclusively due to laziness.

Dad's birthday was today.  We had a late dinner yesterday, and today Mom had to be driven to the hospital by Dad because the pain in her back (after wrenching it today or yesterday) got unbearable.

Once again, I'm forced to take a rather long break until the end of the year.  Instead of lazyness, it's more a matter of "I got too much crap to deal with" including multiple commissions, actual Christmas shopping, plus my job which keeps me out about 12 hours a day Monday through Friday.  Not happy Drygerskunk.

If you're wondering about the delay in strips, and the spotty upload schedule... well... things have been busy here in Canmephian Brain Central.  Mostly it's $DAYJOB... although $DAYJOB will change into $PTJOB and $DAYJOB will be with the state government.

So I'm calling for two things from the Stalag '99 fandom:

I'm looking for an artist willing to do 12 strips (3 per week for 4 weeks) out of passion for the strip.  You won't get in the book, alas, but if your strips are full page deals for a comic book, I'll see about getting it printed as a comic book, and letting you draw more weeks to fill out the comic book.

Second, but less important, I'm looking for a writer willing to fill those 12 weeks.  I can do it, but if you have a fan fic of Mikail (drmarkov ) or Cynthia and Cherry together that meshes well with the storyline already plotted out, I'd like to hear it and have the artist work on it. 

I do have one idea if you're dry on ideas, though, if you read Mikail's LiveJournal:  Mikail buying and receiving the Koenigsegg CCX, modifying it, and driving out to treat Dr. Holiday Wednesday   doctorwednesday for coffee.
