Summary: Sequel to Breaking Point . What Richard and Clark know about their relationship. Very introspective, not really any action. But there will be a third, very action-filled (*wink*) part to conclude the story.

Hey! I'm new to this community, and the whole LJ thing, really, so take it easy on me if I break some rule I don't know about. Pretty please. ^^
Initially I was going to write a song fic, but I'm not sure anymore. Songs are great to get the creativity flowing, but it's never a guy singing about a guy. *grins* And that would cause trouble in this fic.
I just discovered Superman Returns and Smallville in the last couple weeks, so sorry if the writing style doesn't really suit this fandom. I'm used to writing the sarcastic Harry Potter hero. HP's my main fandom. Either way, I hope you guys like this.

Summary: Basically post the movie, my take on how things could have panned out.
Disclaimer: Don't own Superman, but if I did I'd pay Tom Welling a lot of money to suck it up and wear spandex. *grins* Cuz he would be SO HOT in the superman costume.
Warnings: Slash? None for this chapter. It might be a bit depressing to some, but it's not really.

| One Week Reminder for Superman Movieverse Fanfiction Awards Noms! |

Nominations have been trickling in every few days this week. We now have received nominations from 18 people for the 2008 awards.
There will be a run-off ballot on June 30, 2008, beginning at approximately 8-9am EST (USA) and ending 24 hours later. It will only be delayed if there are a flood of nominations at the last minute... so please be kind and get your noms in early! ^_~ And make sure to come by this site during that day to participate.

There are two weeks left to nominate for the 2008 Superman Movieverse Fanfiction Awards!
Nominations have been received from 13 people so far, and there are others who have promised to turn in their nominations soon. Don't be left out if you would like a say!
There are some categories which have very few nominations, particularly:
- Mid-Length
- Best Action
- Best Jason-oriented/Father-Son
- Other Pairing Romance
- Slash Romance
- OC Romance
- Best Kiss
- Best Father-Son Moment
- Best One-liner
- Best Ending
- Best Character Interaction (non-romantic)
- Best Villain
- Best OC
As long as the category has at least three nominations, the category will still be on the ballot. But if you have not made nominations in these categories, please take a moment to consider adding them. :)

So I was watching some clips from X-men recently and you know what I think they did a many great injustices with those films, one of the biggest would be NEVER seeing the wonderfully expressive and beautiful eyes of James Marsden! Honestly I didn't even recognize him in Superman Returns. It makes a world of difference!
And now I'm screwed and want to write cross-overs! I'm doomed!
