AboutSpuffy Lovin': What Is It?
Ever have a craving for a specific type of Spuffy story, but didn't know where to find it or couldn't remember what story it was? Or perhaps you wanted to try something new?
Spuffy Lovin's mission is to make the search for that Spuffy story much easier! Every week, a theme, such as time travel or dreams, will be selected via a poll. Throughout that week, community members will post their recommendations for Spuffy fanfiction that applies to that theme.
The idea is to bring a wide palette of stories to the forefront, celebrate all the years of Spuffy fanfiction, and introduce new authors to the Spuffy community. Oh, and of course, to read Spuffy, lots and lots of Spuffy. So come and join us as we explore everything our fanfic community has to offer!
Rules for Posting:
1. This community is strictly for Spuffy fanfiction (and its variatioins, i.e. William/Buffy). No other relationships allowed.
2. All posts must be related to the week's theme! The only exceptions are posts approved by the mods beforehand and if you find a story that you strongly feel you need to share. For both instances, the Subject of the post must include "OT" for "Off-Theme."
3. No actual stories will be posted to this community. Only links to the stories, please.
4. Canon, alternate universe, and fantasy stories are all allowed, however, not everyone likes out-of-canon stories, so please make sure to clearly state if it's otherwise.
5. Authors can recommend their own stories, only if they are related to the week's theme.
6. Please follow the posting format below when you recommend a story.
7. Please do not tag your posts. The mods will do that.
8. Please put long rec lists behind an LJ text cut.
9. If you are looking for a story, please provide as much detail as possible. If you can offer a recommendation in return, awesome!
10. Pimping: We're all for spreading the Spuffy love, but if you want to post about a community or website you own, please make sure you get permission from a mod first.

1. Please respect your fellow Spuffy fans. Absolutely no bashing, flaming, or any other inflammatory behavior will be tolerated.
2. If someone recommends a story that you really enjoyed reading, let the person who posted know!
