- Membership is opened to everyone. To join this community, Click here. You will then be able to view and post comments in spreeparadize. - All posts in the community have to go through moderation. Application for new spree organizers: Pls email us (spreeparadize@gmail.com) the below details. Subject: Application for Spree Organizer LJ nick: Full Name (As seen in IC): Address: IC number: Date of birth: Email address used to conduct sprees: HP number: Bank name and account number: (the one used for spree transactions) Spree experiences: (you may give us links of your feedbacks received from organizing sprees in other communities or sales from other websites like yahoo, ebay, etc. Feedbacks from personal LJ are not accepted. If you do not have any experience or you have less than 20 positive feedbacks, pls email us a scanned copy of your IC (front & back) (you may block out your photo) OR bank statement with your name, address and account number on it OR your telephone bill with your name, address and handphone number on it.) - Please ensure that you provide all the information required above and that your details provided are true. - Please give us approximately 1 - 4 weeks to respond to your application. - If your registration is accepted, you will receive an email with your spreeparadize FB link and you can begin spree-ing here. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Rules for Spree Organizers: - Please make sure that your font sizes or picture outside the LJ-cut are not unreasonably big. - Only one picture is allowed outside the LJ-cut. Please make sure that your LJ-cut is working. If unsure, you can test it on your LJ first before posting here. - Please include your spreeparadize Feedback Link with updated Feedback Count hyperlinked to your Feedback URL. - Pls state clearly the status of your sprees in the heading: eg. [Open] Forever 21 Spree pls use tags or words like [Closed], [Shipped], [Arrived], [Cancelled] etc. - Sprees are to be conducted at Spree Paradize, no linking of your sprees to your LJ or other websites. - Comments are NOT to be screened. - Entries are not to be deleted or edited. If your spree has to be cancelled due to certain circumstances, pls add the word [Cancelled] next to your spree title. For other cases, pls post a new thread. - Do not repost when your spree post is still on the first page. - You can update your spree-ers via your respective spree threads or by emails. Pls update your spree-ers on a regular basis. - Please be responsible for: - Payment calculation (when ordering from websites online, pls provide a printscreen or other documents to prove that you are not collecting extra for shipping or other fees). - Consolidate orders and make purchases on time. - Update status of the spree as frequently as possible via email or through your spree threads. - Collect spree-ers particulars such as name and mailing address. - Distribution or mailing of items. - Organizers are allowed to collect a maximum of $0.50 handling charge per participant. - No handling charge should be collected for meetups or self-collection. - Confiscation of cash is not allowed. - Refunds must be done within a month. - Any spree organizers with more than 3 negative feedbacks will be permanently banned from this community. - Any spree organizers found breaking any of the above rules will be suspended or banned. _______________________________________________________________________________________ Only spree posts for the following will be approved. - Website sprees - Supplier sprees (it is your responsibilty to make sure that your supplier is a trustworthy one) - DIY/ Handmade item sprees - Instock item sprees are allowed but you must have a minimum of 30 items. - NO SALES POSTS - NO LOOKING POSTS ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Spree participation: - Join sprees at your own risk.
